Hi - I can't do a weigh in, as I'm not weighing, so if you'll all indulge me, I thought I'd do a measure in, as I've taken my measurements this week after two weeks on the detox plan.
So here goes:
1" from bust
2" from waist
½" from hips
Which is fine, and I'm pleased to be losing inches of course BUT I am very pear shaped and really didn't need/want to lose anything off my meagre bust! And needed it most from my hips, but there we go, I'll never be straight no matter how much weight I lose, and will always be a size bigger below waist than above! It's coming off though and that's the main thing.
Well done MD! I didn't dare to measure myself at my worst, and find it hard to get a consitent measurement anyway. However, I bought a pair of size 14 trousers this week, the first time for ages. OK, so they're elasticated and it's a squeeze getting into them, but they're great when they're on. a real boost to the ego, and I can tell if I'm losing inches by how easy they are to get on!!
Wicked! Well done dotty! Don't worry about the pear thing, aparrently we lose from chest 1st, then abdomen, then hips & thighs! IT'S OUR HORMONES!!! Try telling that to the clothes shops though! WELL DONE!
I think I've lost 1" from my tum recently....
Well done Tai, size 14 is almost "normal" in my opinion! It's the average size in the UK, but I bet it's more like a 16!
I only have one pair of size 14 trews but I love to be able to fit in them!
