Hi Cat!

1lb is still good you know - Chris is right!

I was reading your food diaries the other day tho - and thought - gosh she doesnt eat much does she! Sometimes when I don't eat as much - I feel like I am being so good - and ofen have been disappointed at weigh in, yet when I have eaten a lot (free food) I seem to lose more. I read somewhere that it's because when you eat little, your body gets "scared" and thinks it's not going to be fed, so slows metabolism down so that it doesn't burn off as much energy - ie - holds on to the energy from the food you eat more!

It must be a fine balance between not eating enough and eating too much!

However it may be a number of reasons chick - ie fluid - and maybe you will "collect" the weight loss owing next week!

Either way - 1lb is GOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!

Ho hum. Not sure what this weeks weigh in does for my feeling of goodwill and happiness...

last week=77.4
today=77.3

Well at least I suppose it hasn't gone up!

I actually think it's my fault for drinking diet coke yesterday...should have stuck to squash and water,,,,boring! VERY VERY BORING!!!!

Hi Sheila - what's wrong with diet coke? I drink gallons of it! Did you miss saying it was with Vodka or something??

Me weighed in tonite - 2lb off - very pleased with that,,, and now into 5th different stone - if you know what I mean? Was blah stone 1, now am blah stone (less 5) 13lbs.

Would say but im scared someone I know may join and see how much weigh (ed)!
