Have been to the mall tonight with the family. Had a lovely stroll round, been over four years since we last went and it's all been revamped. Bought some Crissy pressies too...
Bigh Christmas shopping day coming up this Friday, after Thanksgiving, I'll be out with all the loonies at the Black Friday sales at six in the morning!
Storms are lomming over hte mountains here, so prob not a nice sunny AZ day tomorrow

Hi everyone.

It's been a busy week for me - my brother and my hubby both had their birthdays on Sunday so there was partying and cake, as I don't tend to drink alcohol I saved my syns for the cake.

Ooh, a net GT, I've only done a few of those before but they've been fun. Have you set up some safety plans? Make sure a couple of people you trust know where you are going and the route you are taking. It's always a good idea to arrange to phone one of these friends before a certain time to let them know you are okay and some advise a 'secret' code word that means 'help, I can't say anything obvious but something is wrong, get help'.

This week is a quiet one, my hubby is off to an exhibition at the NEC tomorrow and I have an appointment at a clinic in London on Friday but other than that it's spending time with the kids - my eldest, Christopher (5) is home educated and I have a toddler girl, Ella so that keeps me busy.

As above, how about an Easter challenge? I'm up for it 'cos I'll be going down to London to do a four day Tai Chi workshop. The instructor is really dishy, I get to stay with a really good (girl) friend, and last Easter workshop was where the rot really set in - I seem to remember stuffing my face with chocolate and eating huge pizzas and curry . so this year I want to not be one of the heavyweights . One advantage to being heftier is that it's harder for people to shift you in 'pushing hands'. it sounds very gentle , but if you know what you're doing, you can send people bouncing across the room . Let's not start it just yet , but how about New Year?

My freinds boyf designed the set for Will Young!!!!!!!! They're going backstage this weekend!

ANyway, last weekend they went to c him and his dancers as a courtesy call, and WY couldn't stop checking out my mate's boyf!! He didn't even c my mate!!

She couldn't get him out of there fast enough!!
