Hope they let you back in Chris, else you might be forced to stay with your mum and eat lovely british food for ever and even cream slices can get a bit mundane after a while.

Found out today at work that we are going to do an outward bound course as part of a team building exercise. alot of the woman are like, I'm not doing that. I'm well up for it, anything for a laugh and it will be better than 'working' for a living.

I was'nt here to say goodbye to Chris and also advise her about the permanent resident card cuz I went through the same thing They did'nt get my paperwork done in time for me either so I left without mine and decided to get it done in London but I did'nt have time to do that either cuz the office closed early in the afternoon and I would have had to travel during the night to get to the office in time and then I found out it took longer to process the paperwork than the length of time I would be in the UK anyway so decided to 'sod it' and take my chances and I walked back on that plane without a problem the immigration guy in Canada had a great laugh when he asked if anyone had challenged me about my status and I said "No, in fact they flew me from Manchester to London too" when I got home and went to the mailbox my permanent resident card was in the mail and had been issued 2 DAYS AFTER I'D LEFT Anyway, if you manage to get online over there Chris "I hope you're having a great time" and YOU BET we'll meet up sometime I'll look forward to that.

We had a blast camping and extended it another day cuz we were enjoying ourselves so much only came back cuz I had to work on tuesday otherwise I think we'd still be driving around oh well, you have to get back to reality sometime don't you

Poor Carol or should I say Poor Ray I hope he is'nt suffering too much now.

Well, I'm back to reality with a thump now off to put another load of laundry in the washer

I love camping too. I like the outsideness of it all. I don't wear anything in bed usually, but whilst camping I wear an old pair of leggings and a baggy t-shirt. I tend to put this on when the boys go to bed and wander round the site. Think people are a lot more friendly whilst camping too. Must be a case of just mucking in.

Am off to shave my legs in the hope that Ray gets back in time for me to go swimming - yes really me exercising. Ray just went back to work today, funny that when It's Friday and the weather forecast was good and there was the possibilty he could go gliding after work............

Have joined WW on line to give me a boost. I need to get some of this weight off big style

With the red tape Chris When I say camping I don't mean in a tent I was in a SOLID camper which was sat on the back of our truck and even with that I was a bit worried about bears on Sunday night on the way back because we parked overnight on a logging road and I had visions of a hungry bear walking into the camper during the night looking for munchies
Had a crap day at work today and i'm tired so i'm looking forward to a good nights sleep lets hope I get one tonight

Just think of all the exercise Veggie, will do you and the dog the world of good.

Never got swimming last night because Ray didn't come back from flying until gone 10 and the pool was shut by then. I did ride my bike for 10 minutes though and just about killed myself. So today I had planned to ride it again for 10 minutes, but as it was absolutely gorgorous we took the kids to the safari park. It is only about 20 miles away and we had been before. Was expensive to get in but good value as everything apart from the shows (fair ground rides) were free and even they weren't too expensive and there was loads to do. It got very busy but we were there from 10 so we got our moneys worth and saw the animals before it got too hot and they all lay in the shade. Two of the lions had to get jiggy when we went past them, didn't they !!!!!! Needless to say the boys thought that was hilarious

So pedalled one of the pedallo's for 10 minutes for exercise today. Was really hard work as I was in a boat with Steve and his feet don't reach the pedals, note to self to share boat with Sean next time he has longer legs and can do half the work. Also walked a couple of miles in the heat, but only strolled to be honest. Better than doing nothing. Tomorrow I will do another 10 minutes of something, baby steps is going to win this race.

Am going to move my weigh in day to a Friday as that is when I started WW, might as well keep it all simple. Is nothing to do with the fact that I then have all week to get rid of any booze drunk on a saturday night.

Friday is the best weigh in day if you drink. Or Thursday night like me if you like to kick off the weekend early.

Hey people! I went to France with uni and ate too much cheese so I've gone up 2 or 3lb. Now I'm going again on Tuesday, I think I'll have to try and behave myself this time.

The dog treat trick only works on one of our dogs (well they are my sisters but spend 9-5 with me) and one doesn't like leads so just sits down and refuses to walk. The fun!

Hello Everyone! I'm not to to 3FC, but i'm new to this thread. I am a Stay at home mom. I have 2 kids ages 22 mths and 6 yrs. I'm just starting out on the Core plan... It takes the stress out of counting calories.. which I am tired of! I just got off plan, for about a week and a half I would say, and now I've gained 6 lbs back.. So I'm starting a new! I refuse to go back to where I was! So that's just a quick introduction of myself! Cant wait to get to know everyone!

P.S. Hi Cathy!!
