HeartNSoul,

Welcome to these boards! We all know what it's like to lose and gain weight here. It's very hard to lose weight but so easy to gain it - life just isn't fair is it?!

I was at my heaviest about 3 years ago (260.5). I lost 90 odd pounds, but then stopped losing, gave up and ended up gaining 28 back again. Still, I managed to stop it before it got TOO far out of hand, and joined weight watchers a couple of months back.

We can all do this, it's just a matter of putting our minds to it. Most people here have lost weight before so they know they're capable of doing it.

Good luck, hope you carry on posting.
