I'm on no medication so that can't be my excuse - although I may need to be if I keep on losing no weight!!

I hate the gym, and have only been going to help me lose weight and if it's not going to work then it really won't take a lot for me to give it up! I've noticed some difference in my body shape, but not enough to be satisfied with the results.

I weigh in again tomorrow only it is the wrong TOM for me, so no doubt I will get another bad result. Hopefully the week after will show some kind of difference.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

Angel, chin up have you taken your measurements? if your body shape is changing then maybe you'd be better off judging your progress with a tape measure rather than with a pesky weighing scale try it angel you might have a pleasant surprise

Hooray!!! At last some good news. Believe it or not, despite TOM I have lost 2lbs. I thought I was going to be stuck forever!!! 6 pounds in 4 weeks is not as much as I'd hoped but it's an average of 1.5lbs a week which is what WW recommend, so I can't be disappointed.

And this week I've not been to the gym once...figure that one out?!

Another week of no gym, and another pound off!! That's 7 in total, and my first silver 7 at tonight's meeting. Not as quick as I want, but I'm getting there... slow and steady wins the race, right?!

Thanks for that. Another pound gone at tonight's weigh in, so that's 8. Just wish it was (a lot!) quicker!!

Hello all!
Well I was on W.W last fall and lost 20lbs..you would think that I would have stuck with it seeing as it was so easy and I wasn't even exercising then. The holidays came and went...needless to say I stopped going to the meetings, stopped eating right and gained all of it back due to reckless eating. *sigh* Last week I went shopping for some new work clothes and almost broke down in the dressing room; I have become someone I don't even know. I have never been so heavy, even when I was pregnant!I am now at my highest weight ever, 240lb. I want to get down to 140lb; that is where I felt my very best. I came home and decided that I was going back and I joined a women's gym yesterday. I see all these posts on here and I know that there is nothing but a great support system here.

Thanks for letting me say all this...really needed to get it all out.

Hi HeartnSoul4u I've been up and down a few times. I'm currently 244 pounds. It is depressing losing the same pounds again but it has to be done I guess. Hope to see you posting here loads.
