What are UGG boots don't forget i'm out in the sticks and have forgotten what civilisation is no-one mentioned them when i was at home so i have no clue.

Had a reasonable day yesterday well, for me it was anyway think i was at around 1800 cals a bit high but not nearly as high as i have been doing going to attempt some exercise this morning i'm sick of making excuses and seeing as there are other things i can do that don't involve my feet i have no real reason to make any anyway got some bargains at the superstore, a weighted yoga bag (5lbs) $2.50, don't know what i'll do with that weighted ankle/wrist weights (5lbs) $5.50 and resistance bands $3.50 to add to my ever growing stockpile of gym equipment

I just downloaded a free spam killer from the net and i had to get rid of it because it slowed down my computer so much i've got to do something about all these emails i'm getting its getting beyond a joke now. Had 3 legit yesterday and 18 junk!

Yep these spammers are cleaver monkeys, they keep creating new email addresses to get round the blocks. The names are usually made up of letters and numbers and they either go up or down the alphabet or a numeric. I have millions blocked too but still get loads, have resorted to just deleting them manually when I down load my mail. Is a lot less hassle.

Eating has been OK, exercise since Monday non existent. Is Seans birthday today and he got sent home for school because he couldn't stop coughing think he has given it to me too. Not a happy bunny, throat very tender.

We are supposed to be going to the 10 pin bowling tonight, but time will tell

Am soooooooooooo bored stuck here at home with a sick Sean. Had such great plans for my one day off in ages that I could spend on my own, doing my own thing. But hey mother nature had other plans and Sean is unwell, although since I helped him install his new computer game he hasn't coughed once, but I am not doubting his cough am sure it is just the new medicine the chemist gave him working. Isn't it?

So here I am stuck indoors on a glorious (but cold) day. I wanted to get my hair cut, go shopping, go out on my bike, maybe even go for swim if I had time.

Instead I have done a load of washing, tidied the kitchen and surfed a little, in an hour it'll be time to go get Steven. such a wonderous day off - not !

Am just being a selfish c0w but I had looked forward to some quality time by myself for soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long

Will cheer up shortly promise I will

Cheer Up Carol! i can think of worse days hope you don't get poorly.

I had a pretty good day yesterday too and i did a little exercise i've got to start doing that again its vital to my weightloss and anyone else's come to think of it Foot is still sore but i'm able to put more weight on it which is a good sign although i'm sure it wishes there was LESS weight on it Watched Extreme Makeover last night it was very interesting i wanted to hear more from the exercise trainer Michael Thurmond he's good at what he does so i'll track down his website i think.
Want to exercise this morning too it was last night before i got around to it yesterday

Carol, don't get sick luv, take some vitamins and pep yourself up. Sorry to hear you didn't get your day to yourself as planned, they are so far and few between I know.
I am tired. I have done therapy after school every day so far this week, and still have today to go after work. My kid has been behavioural and aggressive, so he's been keeping me busy! Thus the tiredness. Succumbed to a bowl of ice cream last night too, not generally something I crave, but I was so I had it. Today is a new day though
It's supposed to get up to 70 degrees here...... WOW! I might get my capri's out to wear to work. Talking of work, had better go and get ready...LOL! See ya all later.

Hi Everyone

Chris, you must be worn out i hope you manage to have a nice restful weekend I would'nt worry about the icecream, i've been having it with canned fruit for dessert for the last 3 nights not the 'diet' kind either Strawberry Marble, the full fat one but its not too bad really about 150cals and 7g fat so its not going to kill my diet plus it satisfies cravings i wish the sun would come back here its not cold just dull.

I walked 2mls last night was really worried that my foot was going to give out on me but i took it slow and i was fine I've been looking online for pics of haircuts i know what i want but its getting it across to the woman with the weapon in her hand i want some layers cutting in but i don't want it all thin and wispy i've printed out a few pics of Jaclyn Smith (from the old Charlies Angels) i like hers and Jasmine Bleeth (ex Baywatch) I also printed out some old ones of Sam Fox but thats too 80's, i like the bits that flick back but i want it more one length at the bottom need to find an understanding hairdresser

The work week is done. I didn't get beaen up today although he tried. Very glad the weekend is here, not that it'll be that restful, I still have that mountain of laundry that sudden;y appeared, and I have a date with my hubby Sunday morning...a trip around the commissary as he says we need a two trolley shop......LOL! How romantic hey?
Kirsty, glad you're feeling sorted, it's nice to have you here, you've certainly woken us up recently, we were all seeming a bit sleepy.

Seems that kid trouble is running in this thread, just as kirsty's son is sorted out mine gets taken out of school. Apparently Sean was just sitting there saying really bizarre things and saying that everyone was making him angry, even though no one was talking. So next thing I know mum phoned to say she had him, appears I missed the call from the school saying there was a problem, so I had a big attack of the guilts for that and felt yet again like the worlds worst mother But Sean isn't in any trouble, supposedly. They were just worried that he was getting himself so wound up that they took him out of the class, have to go talk to the assistant head though that will be fun. Sons !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Getting weighed in a couple of hours, not really looking forward to it, have caught Seans cold and TOM has started. Am not really full of the joys of spring.

Am off to take a happy pill and will come back later full of the joys of spring.

Carol, hope you feel better soon, don't worry about talking to the assistant head, you know Sean is a good boy, and he's still very young, he was probably feeling frustrated over something, and no one bothered to listen to him, so they took the easy out (seems to happen a lot nowadays) and sent him home.
I have a freindwhose son was diagnosed Asperger's last year and she's had trouble with him in school since he started for behaviours or talking or just doing stupid things. The school always sent him home, rather than listen to her (he was daignosed ADHD at five) and now he's 13, the've finally diagnosed Aspergers, but of course, they don't know anything about it and can't be faffed to find out!
My one was just plain stupid, but we're hoping he's got over that
It's just started raining out, I was sitting on the step out there drinking my morning cuppa with the dogs and felt a few spits. Supposed to clear p later though and be another very spring like day.
I shall be off to curves in a mo, had another not so good eating day yesterday, NEED and WILL be on track today, don't want a gain
Good luck with your weigh in today.
Will check back in later, have a great weekend all

Hi Girls

Kirsty, is'nt that bloody annoying when some well meaning soul asks something like that my friend in England is the same i used to be the fittest of the 3 of us that went out and now i'm the fattest i've heard her say things about other women like "how could she let herself go like that?" so i'm sure she say's similar stuff about me but i don't care i'm hoping that she'll come over for a holiday in August and i intend to blow her socks off with the new me wonder if i should dye my hair blonde too then when they are all getting off the ferry they'll be thinking "who's that woman with John?"

Chris, Asperger's?? they have a name for everything now don't they? laundry is on here too, nowt new there have to pick up the filthy clothes that hubby leaves on the floor every morning

Spent yesterday repairing some broken floor tiles on the stairs, just went to check on them and dozy hubby has stood on one even though there is a big sign on it saying "KEEP OFF" and cracked one right in half so i'll have to get down there with hammer and chisel this morning and do it again..MEN!!!!!
