Scales moving in the wrong direction - help!
Over the past three weeks, I haven't managed to lose any weight. In fact, my weight is moving up again - from about 65kg three weeks ago to 67kg now.
I'm at a bit of a loss. I'm not on a strict diet (I wanted to break the 'diet' mentality) but I've been eating better (lots of fruit and veg), and I've been running every weekend since the start of the year, plus going to the gym at least three times a week.
Am I kidding myself by not counting calories more closely? It's that why I'm not shifting the weight? What do you think? Any advice greatly appreciated. x
