Talking Back again :) need friends haha

Well as the title said im back again i used to be on this site a few years ago before i had my son but since then ive been to busy to worry about losing weight and exercising well his getting older now and im starting to hate being so big as i never have any energy and id like another baby at some point so id like to be alot lighter to start with (but it will work out way it works out on thats score) I just wanna get to know some people who will help support me and keep me motivated

I look forward to getting to know you all more

WELCOME BACK!! I recently came back too....and I KNOW it is a hard first step!!! BUT you did it!!! you are back now...and all the more determined!!

get a plan...develope it to YOU....and post often!!

i also joined in TBL fitness section...and we have a friendly challenge going on right now...its just a few days too late to get officially on a team...but you can still post and play along and post and track your weight loss, it just doesn't count to the team total...GO RED TEAM!! ... then join again when they open up the spring challenge!!

I've also decided to come back. I did well and got down to goal but literally the same month, my dad died. (4 years ago). I haven't regained all the weight I lost but most of it. Realised recently I have to take the bull by the horns and go for it again. I found 3FC to be one of the most useful things I did when I lost the weight!

Hello welcome back I remember you, I lost my much adored father two years ago on New Years Day, have gained over two stone since then, god I miss him, but I'm back on the right road now I think!!!!

I remember you too! Here's to 2011 and hoping all the returners find the right road again. Nice to have the 3FC support. So many people I remember but can;t recall the sign on names! There was the lovely lady who did Ebay for a living I think - and the lady who did a lot of running and had incredible weight loss.
