Hiya touchmytoes, welcome to 3FC.

In order to get a signature you need to have been a member for at least 20 days and you need to have over 20 posts.

I'm not sure if a stone in a month is possible as it would depend but you can definitely be achieved by August 19th. Just take things slow and don't try to rush it as this could have the opposite effect.

I'll see you around the forum

I shall add everyone in on Sunday, I promise.

We just need to catch up with this weeks no shows, I'll mention no names today, but I shall be holding them accountable (is there a devil emoticon round here........ ah ha!)

Today is Thursday, May 28th. I joined the 6-week challenge for a total of 9 pounds. (1.5 lbs a week is huge for me, as I lose weight verrrrrrry slowly even though I stick to plan.) So, by June 27 I will be 253.

SW (May 17) .... 262
CW (May 28) .... 260
GW (June 27).... 253

Really annoyed that I've been the same for 2 weeks now, can't seem to get the scales moving.

I'm being really good with my food and exercise, so it's a bit disheartening.

OMG OMG! I've lost 4.8lb since Monday! That's amazing but I think it's probably because i've been doing lots of exercise - normally when I diet I don't bother to exercise but I made things different this time and it is really paying off. So now I weigh 154.6lb! Yay yay yay! (I've decided to make Friday my official weigh in day).

Well done BeautyandtheBeast!
Starbuck, like all of us you know what it's like, it doesn't always go the way you want, just stick to it! I don't know what you eating/doing, but maybe eating a lil more or less may help(for a brief period). or changing your exercise routine?

Welcome newies!

I've been eating less, althought feeling entierly bloated all the time! and still have cravings, I've been eating an egg scrambled w/ some soya milk and ham for breakfasts and lunches.
and different foods for dinner and later on in the evening.
I weigh tomorrow morning for Sunday, last Saturday I was 8.1 :S

Heya Friends,

Sorry I didn't post WI on Sat...I work on the weekends and everything just gets a little crazy. I WI at 148.0 yesterday morning...which puts me at a total of 5.2 lost so far for this challenge. Woohoo! Congrats to all the losers as well...I've been greatly motivated by the progress you are all having!

Oooops Forgot to log my progress.

Sunday May 17th: 249lbs (Starting weight)
Sunday May 24th: 253lbs +4lbs Bad week (Gained Weight)
Sunday May 31st: 248lbs (current weight) -1lb from original start weight.

So I've shifted the extra weight I gained and a extra 1lb. Hopefully I won't go off track again. 13lbs to go to reach my goal for this 6 week challenge.
