Will find out tomorrow if I lost weight in the last week - think I managed to stay within calories but still ate ice cream every day (though planned it so ate less of everything else) and lots of fruit and salad so hopefully have still lost or at least stayed the same.

Starbuck keep working hard and I'm sure you will lose weight this week.

Way to go ladies, you are doing awesome!
I don't know where I went wrong (well actually I do) it may have something to do with eating too many carbs, and my son's birthday party (cake, pizza need I say more)
Started off on Monday weighing in at 251 so I guess that's not so bad.
Onwards and forwards. Trully I must have lost some weight today after all the gardening and excercise....
We shall see next week what is to be of me...
Good luck ladies

So you've lost 7lb on the June big challenge? I just checked - sounds good to me - well done I have to watch carbs or else I don't lose much weight.

Hi All,

Well done to everyone!
My Weigh day is a Tuesday...so I will stick to that (maybe until the last week, when I will allow myself the extra weigh on the Saturday!!)

Not too delighted with this week, but next week will be better

234
229 - CW
217

-2lbs this week...ran a mini marathon (10k), so thought it would be better, but maybe it wil all miraculously fall off in the week ahead!!!!

Today is Wednesday, June 3. I joined the 6-week challenge for a total of 9 pounds. As of today, I am 259. I lose weight verrrry slowly, so I'd better get a move on!!!! (Ok, my wonderful body, listen to me and do this!) So, by June 27 I will be 253.

SW (May 17) .... 262
CW (June 3) .... 259
GW (June 27).... 253

I am trying to keep away from the scales until Sunday!

Went to a friend's house for dinner last night - she cooked a delicious pie - eek!

Ran 6km this morn to help burn it off!

Good Morning Everyone!
Things are going well here, not expecting a huge loss this week as my weight loss is really starting to slow down. I start a bootcamp class at my gym next week though...it's 3 days a week at 6 a friggin' clock in the morning. I sure hope something good comes out of it. I hope you are all doing well also...I know I'm not able to post that much, but I do keep up with reading the thread. It is interesting to me that so many of us have issues with how often we weigh in...for me I go back and forth between weighing every day and weighing once a week. If I weigh everyday though I have to be very careful that it doesn't get unhealthy...as it has in the past.
