Hiya everyone I weigh in at 152.2 this week so that's a loss of 2.4lb! I'm pretty happy with that. I set myself a goal weight of 10lb for this challenge and so far i've lost 7.2lb so I think i'm doing quite well. How is everyone else?

Enjoy your days!

I couldn't resist scales this morning.....pleased to report another 1lb down. Am now 162lbs and have lost 8lbs in almost 3 weeks. Am pleased with that and accept that my weight loss is probably going to slow down to 1lb a week...but hey, this time in three weeks I will be in the magic 150's - haven't been there for a good few years! x

I looked up my original post in this thread and it was 223.8. Well, I've made it to 214.6. If the weights losses are recorded weekly, I've lost 4.8 lbs this week.

Great motivating thread. I really want to lose every pound (14 of them) that I've pledged.

beautyandthebeast, beckster, right direction you guys rock! Way to lose those pounds.
I am staying pretty much the same this week around. I started off with 6 pounds the first week, but it seems to be harder this week for some reason. I have also added extra exercise in my routine.
HMMMM- at least we have till the end of June for this challenge...

I have been MIA -- just super busy.

I have not done great with working out or eating during the busy period... fortunately I have not gained, but unfortunately I have not lost!

I am still the same.

Here's to a new week... I plan to see the scale go down at my next weigh in.

Congrats to all who are losing... great job!

Heya Friends!

Just checking in to report that I am weighing in at 147.2 this morning...which is down only .8 from last Sat. I am beginning to think my goal was a bit ambitious...but what the heck, you have to dream big right? Actually I am adjusting my goal bit...I think I am going to shoot for 140 instead of 134...I am a dreamer...not crazy.

Oh me??

Yes, I suppose I'd better weight in too

215lbs this week, so that's another 1lb off. Slow or what?

Still, it's coming off and that's all that matters!

I'll add 'em all up now......

got hols in august....this is a mission im not going to fail.....

p.s...anyone know a good way to shift cellulite...creams? anything? its creeping down my legs whereas it only ever used to be on my bum...shorts and short skirts are not an option at the moment...

The only way I know to get rid of cellulite is to disguise it!

Dry brushing works well but you have to stick at it, but as it also makes you FEEL better if it becomes part of yuor self pampering routine, I don't care if the 'science' behind it is all hogwash!

A lecturer once described it as a small irittation that plumps up the dimpled in skin so it all looks flatter.

Google it and you'll find loads of sites. Have fun!

Today is Sunday, June 7. I joined the 6-week challenge for a total of 9 pounds. As of today, I am 257. I need to lose 4 more pounds in 20 days, which is a push for me but I'm determined!

I'm going to change it up a little bit and not eat dinner after 6:30 p.m. most nights. I have a tendency to eat at 8 p.m. or later. I'm also wearing a GoWear Fit and I am going to try to up my average METS during the day (1.0 is what a person would be doing sitting on their butt, 3.0 is active exercise and 6.0+ METS is intense exercise).

SW (May 17) .... 262
CW (June 3) .... 257
GW (June 27).... 253
