hi all,
Well one to the loser's again this week, comiserations to everyone else although I feel I'm gonna be right there with you, I feel like stuffing my face too...WW weigh in tonight, and I reckon I've gained again cos I can feel it in my stretchy fat persons jeans. I know it's those stupid pills I've had to take so if there is a gain, which I know there will be, I shall stop taking the blooming things and ring the doctor in the morning and tell her she owes me 24 bucks and liposuction! Do you think she'd go for that ?
Anyhow, chin up everyone, we can do this, I know we can, I have faith in all of you lovely ladies and I faith in myself too.
Have a great evening. Love Chris

Well done TQ. Another good weigh in for you, you are doing great. I'm not I'm afraid, another three and ahalf gain this week, I'm devastated, so tomorrow those pills I've been on aren't passing my lips and i'll be calling the doc. Have just ate some bourbon biscuits too, I am a BAD woman, they are 2 points each...oops!

Well, i am not really sure what is going on this week - i weighed on my scales and had lost 3lb. I went to class and weighed and i had GAINED 1/2lb, i weighed again when i got home and according to my scales have still lost 3lb so i dont really know where the **** i am?

Can anyone explain?

I have exercised loads this week, stuck to plan and drunk loads and loads of water so i feel that i should have lost and also my clothes feel looser.

Tracy

Tracy - you're not on your own - I'm the same.... stuck rigidly to my calories, more exercise than usual, water... and I've gained a pound since Monday!

I've left a post asking Stef (who is an expert in these things) if she can figure it out.

Veggie asked if I was eating enough - there is a theory that if you don't eat enough your body sort of tries to conserve whatever resources (ie fat) it has already got stored. The other theory I have heard of is that if we are exercising a lot we are developing muscle and muscle weighs more than fat - so while we are losing fat, we are gaining muscle which makes us look and feel slimmer, which actually making us weigh more!

Either way - I KNOW that I shouldn't have gained any FAT since Monday - so it must be muscle! I'm confused as well.

{{{{{{{{{ VEGGIE (AKA JUDITH) }}}}}}}}

If it would help, would you like to start emailing me with your food diary again?
