Default Weekly Weigh In Thread - No. 7

Here we are at the start of yet another thread.... at the beginning of the No. 6 thread (I think) a lot of us gave ourselves targets to reach by the end of March - how is everyone doing???

Good luck to everyone for this weekend - as far as I am concerned this is the second worse time of the year for us dieters......

Sarah your ex neighbour sounds very confused how can you look like you have lost weight and also look pregnant? Just ignore them you are thinner thats all that counts.

Yes, I do look pregnant... the rest of me is getting thinner but my tummy looks just the same - I think all the operations because of my hysterectomy just sort of killed my muscles. I can't suck my tummy in like other people can, or do abdominal muscle toning exercises because I can't feel the muscles at all. I just didn't realise it looked so big.

Sarah I wouldn’t worry what any body thinks. It’s how you feel that counts

71/2 pounds this week, weighed in on Weds but haven't felt well enough to be on puter long. Still feel rough, but am pleased with loss although it's only really half a pound cos I gained the seven in the two weeks of being on those pills....I'm not taking them any more by the way.
Everyone have a wonderful Easter.

Default weigh in report

Hi everyone

well I set myself a target to lose 10lbs in March, I didn't make it, this weeks weigh in let me down I did lose 1lb and I am pleased with that because it is TOM so I fell short of my March goal and only lost 9lbs, but I was close and the scales are still moving downwards, so I'll try again now to lose 10lbs in April

Hope everyone else did ok on their own goals for march.

Ali

Well - I just scrapped by on managing to hit my personal target for March - I started March at 13st 5lbs and this morning I weighed in at 12st 12lbs, but it has been REALLY hard work this month. I think I will set myself a lesser target for next month - 5lbs. So, by 30th April, I want to weigh 12st 7lbs.

Anyone else want to set any personal goals for April? Or has anyone else been brave enough to jump on the scales this week? All this chocolate....... boo hoo!

My stats for this week are:
(Original start weight April 01: 16st 3lbs)
Start Weight this time (02 Jan 02): 14st 10lbs
Current Weight: 12st 12lbs
Target Weight: 10st 7lbs
Total lost since 02/01: 1st 12lbs
Remainder to be lost: 2st 5lbs
Current BMI: 28.2
Loss this week: 1lb

Doing my stats I just noticed that Monday will be my dieting anniversary - last 1st April I weighed 3st 5lbs heavier and was 4 dress sizes larger. I can remember being OK with my weight but what triggered starting the diet was being VERY ill and finding out that I had incredibly high blood pressure. What a difference this year has made - even though it seems to be coming off so slowly, every single pound lost has really made a difference. Thank you everyone, especially the original Hello from One Fat Chick in England posters, Delaney, Veggie and Ali, the help and support you have given me has really made a difference.
