Blimey, well done you lot. I dunno about NJ eating [I]for[I] England, I just ate Italy so I think I might just skip the weigh in this week. to all and I'm sure that shivering must use up some calories so bring on the snow (easy for me to say - I missed it).
STAYED THE SAME this week considering that i spent two nights in a row munching cream crackers and jam, snack a jacks popcorn and natural yogurt. I'm very glad!!!Next week though i'm pushing it into the 160's
This week i learnt how to make!!!air popped popcorn!!!
Well I might be 5 weeks late, but I'd like to sign up for the challenge.
I'd like to lose my xmas weight by Easter, I've worked it out at 2lb per week which should be just doable if I start doing some exercise as well.
