I did climb on them and now I have guilt cos I didn't post how much I've gained.

Ok I'm up 2 lbs no willpower here at the moment.

The cold weather doesn't help. The last thing I want to eat at the moment is salad!!!

I've lost 3lbs this week - 15lbs altogether - my first stone!!
Know what you mean about the cold - definitely more like hot chocolate weather than salad!

I too blame the cold, my body says store, store, store....and I say.ok,. no probs there....so I feel a gain, just not sure how much.. will try and get on the scales tomorrow.... you know, when I started this site years back, I used to call my scales Gloria... can't for the life of me think why though?

Yes, mine's got a name, too - just not one I can repeat in public.

I'm getting really fed up now, back up another pound this week. That means 4 weeks of solid effort in return for a 1lb loss. It's sooo not worth it. I thought I'd be down this week cos I cycled in to Uni 3 times and my boyfriend bought a Nintendo Wii so I've been boxing and playing tennis etc in the evenings too. I don't even care if my gain is muscle, it still feels like the scales have slapped my in the face.

: to all! You CAN do it!

I got a mighty pleasant surprise this morning - the scales jumped down a whole pound overnight, even though I ate over 2000kcals yesterday and sat on my 'tocks all day Although I did have the longest wee this morning for ages - I swear I was in the bathroom for about 5 minutes waiting for it to stop!

I'm really loving my zig-zagging at the moment And my new shuffle which I will wear at the race tomorrow maybe I'm not usually one for racing with headphones but I'm eager to try it out and I'm taking today off the gym because I'm a big lazy beast!

Anyway - official weigh-in day is Thursday, so I hope that pound stays gawn!

Weigh-in on Monday showed a loss of exactly 4lbs for me this week ! Bringing me to a grand total of 14.7lbs in 5 weeks, not too shabby considering my 1.8lb gain the week before. I was positively ic last week though! I've also been taking apple cider vinegar capsules, so they might be making a difference - guess this week will show one way or the other on that one! The only thing that depresses me is that NO-ONE (even those who only see me once a week or less!) has noticed my weight loss - and from my measurements, I've lost 5cm from my bust, 8cm from my waist, 10cm from my hips and 7cm from my widest part - hmmmmm!

Well done to everyone who lost weight, and hugs to those that didn't - hope this week is kind to all of you!
