Default Monday

Being off for four days even if I was sick two of them was not good for me.Today reminded me of how bad I hate getting up this early.Had a good weekend.My eating was better.Did exercise on treadmill and pool everyday.

Eleni,

That is great that you keep exercising all weekend. You did great. See you are heading in the right direction. I knew you could do this. I don't blame you for not wanting to get up early. I don't like it myself. I used to do it all the time also. Now when my husband gets up at 5am I stay in bed and sleep.LOL I know I am a lazy pup.

You are so right about satisfying your frustrated desires and eating to dull your senses. I do it all the time. I have to find a way to stop doing that. The good news for you is that today is a fresh new day and you can start over today. Every day we start over again is another step closer to our goal. We are never going to stay on plan 365 days a year 24/7. It is impossible. Remember we are human. But we can get right back on that horse and start over as often as we need to. That is what I did yesterday. Someday we will get to our goals together.

And yes posting does help I think.

Default Monday is a new day!

Hope everyone is doing well. Tomorrow is the weigh in day and I am not really looking forward to it. We have had company all week, and it is so hard to watch what you are eating and count all the things when you are munching with the company and playing games, I did not do too bad, but sometimes you dont realize how many little things you nibble on before you have added a little too many counts for the day.

Eleni - hope your week gets easier getting up early and all. You are doing great though.

Sadie - hope you are having a good week, and enjoyed your weekend.

Sherry - I like what you said about staying on the plan 365, you are so right. You are gonna have the holidays and such and company along with other things that manage to get into our lives. As long as we never stop trying, that is the key goal here for me. I may have been munching, but I did not have pop, I stuck with my water the entire time, that was one step in the right direction.

Hope everyone has a great week, hope I manage to get thru the weigh in tomorrow without going the wrong way, but if I do, I will not stop trying....

Hi ladies!

Had weigh in tonight, gained 1/2 lb. Oh well! Time to start off new tomorrow. I'm going to a class this week to learn the machines in the weight room at the gym. I need to start toning. They say muscle weighs more than fat so I'm expecting more gains.
Hope everyone had a good weekend! We spent the day at a castle on Sunday. We needed a day out as a family, we were going a little stir crazy!

Well, despite having what I will call a rough week emotionally, I'M VERY DELIGHTED TO REPORT A LOSS OF 4 POUNDS THIS WEEK! I was also best loser for my chapter!

Shelly,

You are right. Tomorrow is a fresh day with no mistakes. You will lose that 1/2 lb and more once you get back on track again. Yes muscle does weigh more then fat. But if you keep the calorie intake down and do the toning you will still lose. Good luck and it is a great idea to tone. We need that so we don't get flabby.

Angel,

Take your weigh in in stride. What ever happens happens. Then make a promise to you that the next day you will wipe the slate clean and start all over again leaving the past behind. You will be fine. If you have a gain you will lose it the next week.

Sadiegirl,

Sounds like you have been busy. Keep it up. It is great to get in all that exercise. Have a good one and keep up the great attitude.

Ciecie,

Congratulations on the loss. That is great. See you thought you weren't doing well. It just goes to show you that we can make it through the rough times. You hang in there and keep up the great work. Whatever you are doing is working so keep doing it.

As far as I am concerned I did okay today. I could have done better but I didn't. I will do better tomorrow. My spirits are starting to rise again so that will help. It is terrible to be down then we don't do good. Why is that? Then we have more to be down about because we didn't stick to our plan. Well thursday is the last weigh in before my trip. So If I gain it will be okay because I plan on having a loss when I get back. I will be good while I am away and I have a plan all set. So that should help.
