Hi all. i am doing great. was down 1.50 for tops last nite. then another .25 this am. so that is making me start this week good. i am sticking to plan full attention. plus walked more this am. then drinking more water. so its helping. good luck to all of you. have a great week. my challenge is going in right direction... that is forward and scales are going downnnnn. sorry i haven't had a chance to get back to you before today. have been very busy. work out at curves went very well on thursday and again yesterday. will go again tomorrow afternoon after the phone company leaves. they are coming to do some work on my phone line and to deliver my dsl starter kit!

sorry i didn't get back to you until today. the phone company guy was here and did what he had to and then left me the starter kit. then, i called tech support to get help with my e-mail. now i'm set.

I had my WI this morning. No change once again. I'm trying not to get frustrated--maybe I'll just go for wild optimism that the scale will suddenly drop 2 next week?

ciecie~ congrats on the dsl! we finally got high speed about a month ago and i love it! How's the Curves workout going?

Melra- I know it is upsetting when the old scale seems to get stuck for a week or two BUT look at how close you are to hitting 163!!! I mean you are getting there, and that is something to be VERY proud of...Keep plugging along and know that those 2 will be gone in no time

Only a little over a week till Labor day ladies...Keep up the great work, Hey a loss is a loss.. I am thinking of starting a Thanksgiving challenge after we are done...anyone want in????

Talking met my goal!

Apparently my wild optimism worked, because I was down another 3 pounds at my WI today and that puts me past my goal by 1 pund! Yay! I haven't had a single treat from the break room the whole challenge and I can feel my running endurance building bit by bit.

I might do a thanksgiving challenge--I know my next focus will be my short term goal in my sig. We're going to a b&b by a few vineyards with another couple and I want to feel better about being in a swimsuit.

This is the first deadline/challenge goal I have ever met and I am just thrilled. I even put on makeup today and I haven't done that for months! woo-woo!

Oh and way to go on passing on the junk at work...it is so worth it after you see the results...Hard during sometimes, but oh so worth passing up on
