Wow New options to get use to I like the smile option .
My weekend wasn't tooo bad but wasn't real good either.I am like Christie in that I need to do something different.Just not sure what yet.
I know it only takes 1 or 2 days to undo all my good.Gets very frustrating.
I am off today so will try to get exercise over first.I started lifting 8# weight yesterday.I can tell I haven't done them in long time Arms are sore today.
better go or I will start looking for excuses to not exercise.One thing I do know is I have to exercise no matter what.
Hope everyone is having a great day.Summer should be back from her SRD and hopefully she will tell us how it went.I always enjoy hearing aout the diferent SRD or ARD.

Hi everyone!
Wow I like out options on this new board alot better
Well as it says at the beginning of my post.... It is a new day and the weekend is far behind us all now... so anything is possible!!
I need to work on getting my exercises in early too, I think if I did I would have more success, Eleni has the right idea there for sure, If you get it done first thing you wont forget or get to busy later on and end up not doing it at all..sometimes I guess we just have to make time for ourselves too and I know how hard that is But remember guys.. we are all worth it and there is nothing you cant do if you want it bad enough... Hope everyone has a great day and I will check in a little later on....

Happy Monday everyone!

I am glad the weekend is over, it is much easier to stay focused during the week. I am trying to think thin today, as I have my TOPS meeting tomorrow morning. I have been doing ok, better than I have been doing, but still room for much improvement! I guess little steps-one at a time-in the right direction is a good thing. It is just so hard because we all want instant results.

Hey-does anyone ever go into the chatroom? I have gone in there before and just wondering if any of you go in there.

Good morning all.
Eleni- I know how you feel. It's amazing how hard this thing can be sometimes. I think I'm going to have to go back to my old way of tracking, but maybe i'll give this one this week, and see how it does. I really haven't been watching it and keeping up durning each meal, I try to write it down at night. But that doesn't always happen either. I've got so much to do, it seems I take one step forward and 2 back , but after this week it may slow down a bit. Not sure what going to happen come Wednesday. But we will see.

Sherri, I forgot to say yesterday, I hope you husband is feeling ok, and I'm glad you got through the party.

Christian, new day. I'll take that.

I know we all can do this we just have to go one day at a time.
Wow, I've got meeting tonight also, first time in 2 weeks, don't know if I'll have my 3.25 off. As usual, I could of done better, but I made the choices right. I'm off to get stuff done, at least try and get stuff done. Exercise is first.

Wendy,

Just take it one day at a time. If we focus on more then that then we get overwhelemed and we don't think about the time right in front of us called now. Live for the moment and deal with that. This way of life is hard enough without adding to it thinking about the days ahead. We have to take it day by day and sometimes hour by hour. This way we really stay focused and we can do this. You have been doing great. Just get back on track and think positive. If you think you can you will.
Thanks yes his hand is doing good. He ended up with 5 stitches in his finger the morning of the party on saturday.

I am with you. I do much better during the week when I am on plan. The weekends are always hard for me. Actually fridays and saturdays are bad for me. Take it slow like I told wendy. We can do this. Glad to see you are posting again.


Christian,

I do my exercise first thing in the morning right after I eat my breakfast. I make it a part of my routine. If I don't do it then then I don't do it at all. I just don't fit it in my schedule any other time. This way also I can do it before I take my shower then I am ready to go for the day and it energizes me for the day. I always feel better when I do exercise. And you are right we have to make time for us no matter what. No one has time for exercise or their plan unless they make it part of their routine and just do it.

Penny,

You are doing great. Just make sure to stay on plan for the rest of the week and then keep going. You will be in the 160's in no time. But not unless you get off your butt and start exercising.LOL You can do this. It was hard to start exercising before you can do it again. Once you start and make it part of your day again you will do fine. We are going to beat this thing some how together. I hope you exercised tonight. No excuses hubby isn't home to bother you once the little ones go to bed.LOL

That is great you are getting in all this exercise. It will pay off I know it. You will find what works for you. You did great 2 weeks ago and lost weight you need to do that again because it worked.

I am going to go. I am going to incorporate some of the somersizing things into my schedule for foods. Thanks to christie. I have my lunch all planned out for tomorrow. I am getting a 6" sub on wheat roll.
