Penny,

Glad to hear from you girl. I am not sure what I weighed at the beginning of the year. All I know is I was pregnant.LOL I am happy with ending the year with a 9 lb loss. To me that means a lot. At least I am heading in the right direction. I didn't meet my goal but I got close. I will try harder this month. How are you doing on your plan? How is the exercise going?

As far as plans we have 2 couples that are supposed to come over tomorrow night to help celebrate the new year. We were going to have a party but we have Ben this week and it is too hard to have a party with 2 kids let alone 3. So we scaled it way down. We are going to have food and drinks but keep it small. Haven't heard from the one couple so don't know if they are coming or not. But the one couple that comes over every friday night will be there with her son. So megan will have a partner for dice. I am off tomorrow so I plan on getting my house in order with megan's help. She doesn't know it yet.LOL She is a great helper when it comes to cleaning.
I didn't do good on plan for the last 2 days. I started over again today and had my oatmeal for breakfast. If I could just figure out how to get the microwave door open every morning it would be good. It is broke. I do better when I eat breakfast and drink the Aloe Vera Juice that cuts down on cravings so I can eat sensibly. I didn't get on the scale today because I knew it would be up from the eating I did yesterday. So I will see where I am at in the morning. I am looking for a loss this week.

Coco where are you girl. How is the WW going?

Hello,
I'm off work today and tomorrow and I have no idea where I've gotton my energy from but I've been cleaning like a mad woman! I got the tree down and the decorations put away.

Durning that process I was cleaning the house, dusting as I took the decorations down and before I put the regular stuff back in their place.

I cleaned the bathroom as soon as I got up this morning and I've done 3 loads of laundrey.

Oh yea, I also read the next chapter in my Accouting book. You heard me right ladies, I'm taking the next class--it starts on Thursday and we were told to have read the chapter and start working on the problems. I'll do the problems on Sunday when my tutor gets here.

I'm fixin to go out to the video store and rent a few movies to have over the holiday. Tommorw DH and I will just relax and then we will get ready to go out to dinner with 5 other couples. New Years Eve is my hubby's b-day, and we always go to his favorite place--The Montgomery Inn-- it's fun, we get all dressed up...long dresses and such and the guys wear there suits. Then we all come back to the house and talk and vist and watch the new year activities on TV. It's a nice time.

My Tops meeting is tonight and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be up. But I'll be down for the year. I just looked at my weight log and the first weigh-in of the year was 1-8-04, and I weighed 262.75. I'd say I'm somewhere between 239 and 245, so I'm going to show a loss; I don't think I'm going to have gained enough to be back at 262.75.

Wow! I didn't realize how much I had lost this year. Gets me excited for next year!

I'll talk to you all tomorrow.

Default Greetings!...

Hello everyone! As far as weekend plans, dh and I are probably going out to an early dinner on New Year's Eve then come home before the traffic and restaurants get too crowded. New Year's day, I will probably do some laundry and maybe some organizational things. January 2 is church and then dh sometime as soon as he feels well enough has to publish January's church newsletter. He is the editor.

I am already to start reading "Inspired To Lose." So far today I have done pretty well on my eating plan. Except we have an abundance of bread and not much lunchmeat so I had a peanut butter (thinly spread) and jelly sandwich and an orange for lunch. Breakfast was oatmeal w/oatbran & wheat bran, cottage cheese (LF), and an apple. Plus coffee. I'm not certain what dinner will be yet.

I do know that I will go grocery shopping on Tuesday and that we need more veggies. I shopped at a store that I don't frequent very often last week because it was near another errand, but spent so much time concentrating on trying to locate everything that in the midst of that I didn't really go over the produce section too well.
