Hi all,
I know we have a lot of you out there that weigh in today. Good luck and if the scale wasn't in your favor move on and forget about it. Tomorrow is a new day and a chance to start over. Just because the scale wasn't in your favor doesn't give you the right to pig out. If you do just think how much farther that will put you from your goal. You are more than a number on a scale. You are a person with a huge giving heart that deserves to be happy and healthy. You can do this no matter what stage of the game you are in. Let us know how you did.
As for me I did great getting on track again. I actually lost the 3 lbs I gained over last week already. So I am pumped and ready to keep going to have a great loss this week to make up for it and to acheive my goal I set for myself by Jan 1. I will make it and you can to.
I am just busy at work with packing up my stuff for the big move tonight to my new office.
