snack- ww cookie bar 2 points
lunch- ww frozen meal 5 points
and a yoo hoo lite 1 point
snack- banana 1.5
supper- 2 lemon pepper drumsticks and 1 medium baked potatoe with butter spray and 1/2cup lite velveta mac and cheese and green beans 6.5 points
snack- ww chocoate cake 3 points YUMMY!!!!!!

and 1 serving chex mix 2 points
The service tonight was awsome! We are in revival and I am so thankful to have went...the preacher told a true story about his dad being stabbed in the back by a drunk while they were walking him home from work and how he could have stopped the man if they hadnt been walking with him...his dad held the boys back so that the guy didnt hurt them while the man ripped him 5 times down the back and they thought it killed him BUT he recovered after about a month in the hospital, he said he would never forget that, and one day he had told his dad that he thought his dad never loved him, and how he saw the scars on his dads back and knew in his heart that wasnt true, and hugged him and asked forgiveness...he likened that true story to what Jesus did for you and me on the cross and it was such a reminder of the price he paid so we could go free, all we have to do is accept it
