Default HI

Hi everybody
Hope everyone is doing well. Walked on the treadmill today. Only did 9 minutes. Went .33 of a mile. Not much I know. But I am going to be going up and down alot of steps today. Need to wash clothes. Washer and dryer are downstairs. Then I keep checking the board. And it is upstairs. So I have two sets of steps. I know if I do alot of stair climbing my knee hurts alot. So I thought I would push too much on treadmill.

I have started writing down in a tablet what I have been eating. It can be time consuming. But at least by doing that you can really see how much you are eating. Sometimes I dont realize I have ate as much as I did. I am also trying to do the points. Which is helping some. If I can just figure up all the points right. Heres what I had for breakfast:
Wheat bagel = 4 points
2 slices fat free chees = 2 points
Swiss mocha coffee = 2 points

Now I just need to make it through the rest of the day. It has helped by being on the boards. And I want to THANK everyone for the support I have gotten. You all are a good bunch of girls. Have a good day

Hope you have all had a good day.

I have watched what I ate today. Probably have not had all the right exchanges, but calorie wise not bad.

Breakfast: 1 cup cereal, 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 banana, coffee.

Lunch: 1 slice wheat toast (35 calorie), 1 oz ff cheese, raspberry tea.

Dinner: 3 oz baked chicken, 1 cup green beans, 1 sm baked potato, with 2 tsp margarine and 1 tblsp. salas (5 calories). 1 cup International Coffee-decaf and sf. I will probably have some sf jello later, and probably graham crackers.

I have had a terrible headache all day and had to make myself eat. Haven't been out of the house all day. (Very unusual for me!)

Have a good tomorrow!

Unhappy NEED ADVICE

Good Morning everybody
Hope everyone is ready for the weekend. Sounds like we are going to have a good one.

I am a little upset this morn. Got on the scales and have gained 6 lbs since Tues. eve. (Night of weigh in). So hopefully I can get this off by Tues.

I am trying to do the WW points. I am suppose to get 28-35 points a day. I have been trying to stay around 30 points. I am trying to drink 64oz of water. Didn't get all of that yesterday. I needed 2 more glasses. For breakfast was a bagel, fat-free cheese and coffee. For lunch/supper was 2cups macaroni with spaghetti sauce, salad with 1/4cup mozz chesse 4 Tablespoons croutons (fat free) 10 green olives, and Fat Free Balsamic Vinagrette dressing. For a snack I had a cup of Hot Cocoa. And added 20 mini marshmallows. This was for yesterday.

For breakfast today. Had the bagel fat-free cheese and coffee. Which is a total of 8 points.
For supper I am thinking of having a chicken salad. Haven't figured the points for that yet. For a snack I am going to have 13 snackwell chocolate chip cookies that are 3 points.

So if anyone can see what I may be doing wrong please let me know. And I haven't been picking between meals. And I haven't been eating after 6:00pm. Did have the hot cocoa after six though.

Well I better get off here. You are probably tried of me ramblin. So everyone have a good day. Also a nice week end.

here I go, I know it's not perfect

4:00 1 hard boiled egg
7:30 yogurt and 1 cup of fiber one cereal
11:20 some low fat pringles. (not the whole can, and less than normal, didn't count them).
11:30 veggie soup - 5pts.
grapes less than 20

dinner will be ckicken, probably baked potato, and salad
This is going to take some time trying to cut down, and the sugar thing and keep track. I don't plan on cutting everything out. But a few changes here and there never hurt anyone.

Maybe this will work for me.
I have to finish this I didn't do good, after lunch. I had a great tasting desert. Someone's birthday. I also ate a lot when I got home, things not good for me. I would grab them eat a few, and then back off. It was like someone else was taking over, and I was doing things without realizing. Then for dinner we had fishsticks and fries(baked) and salad. So on this date i've confirmed a pattern about myself. Eat out of being totally tired. Oh, I know that I eat sometimes for what ever reason, I can find.
So on this particular note. When I get home from work, no rest. No stopping. Busy, busy, busy. I'll try and keep this in mind, and work on this.
Tops hugs and thanks for listen.

Default HI

Hi
Heres my menu so far today.
wheat bagel 4pts
2 slices fat free cheese 2 pts
Swiss mocha coffee 2 pts.

Had a late breakfast. So wont do lunch.
I know it sounds like I had alot for breakfast. But I tried the hot oat bran cereal. I made the 1/4 cup which is the serving size for 1. But it just didn't seem to stay with me that long. After about a couple of hours I was hungry. Would I be allowed some wheat toast with the cereal? Or would that be to much grain at one meal.

Hope everyone has a good day.
