Goodmorning, We are finally getting some relief from the heavy rains. Quite a bit of sunshine yesterday. Of course with the sun comes the heat.
Tonight is weigh in. I was hoping for a loss but a turtle will be good. Anytime we have a turtle we know we are not gaining.
Can't remember if I mentioned it but I have a new grand baby on the way. This will make #10. Grand children are great.

How is catlains rash did it go away? I hope it didn't get worse. Could be heat rash with all the heat we are having.

I didn't do good yesterday I got into the junk. My boss brought out a bag of doritoes and I got into them. Big mistake that set me off for the rest of the day and had junk when I got home. It has been so hot here and my air isn't working in my house so it is 85 or hotter in here when I get home at night. We have been in the pool all week and sitting out in the swing at night before coming into the sweat box for bed. Can't wait for the air to get fixed that is for sure. He is ordering a new compressor for it. Won't be here until the weekend so won't be fixed until next week. We have our last tee ball game tonight. Don't know if they will cancel because of the heat or not. Supposed to be 97 and 100% humidity today. Another good pool night. The water was 83 last night just right for me. Except when I first jump in and it feels real cold.LOL
I am getting back on track today so I will lose today what I gained from yesterday.

I am so proud of you. I know you didn't reach your goal for the month that you set. But girl 4 1/2 lbs for the month is awesome. You are doing great to just have a loss every week. Congrats on the awards you got from tops this week as well. Keep up the great work. Sounds like you are having fun this week with your son and keeping busy to.

That is good sometimes to take a break from walking. Plus it is much nicer to actually go walking with a buddy then by yourself. Just get back to it when she gets back. She will probably need to walk herself after the cruise. They feed you a lot of food on them.LOL

Sound like you are doing great to and keeping busy. That is the key to this keeping busy so we don't eat.

Well I have to go do my hair then get the little girl out of bed. She is going with my parents today to go strawberry picking so I can eat strawberries for my dinner tonight.LOL

Hi Everyone! How is everyone today?

Eleni ~ Congrats on the new grandbaby on the way. I know it is nice to spoil them and send them home. (At least that is what my inlaws tell me....lol) And then they don't listen when they get home

Sherri ~ I know about the doritos. My son brought some in the other day and I ate them. I don't even like doritos.....lol My husband has his own a/c repair business but that does not help you in Louisiana......

As far me, life is great. I never believed I would have three kids and now I don't know how I ever lived w/out them. Andrew is just a joy to have around and the kids are in love with him. I am recovering from my c section. Not too much pain anymore. I have my two week appt today and I am hoping to get some clearance on some low end exercise. I know I don't want to overdo it but I want to start walking at least.

Well I am going to go play with the kids for a minute.

You sound so happy girl. I am happy for you. You are right about not overdoing it. But I am sure walking will be fine. I am getting a recumbent type bike tomorrow from my boss. I remember when you used to ride your bike all the time. It is funny that when we are thinking of kids and the number we wonder how will we be able to do this. Then when the baby is here it all falls in place. You are truly blessed girl with your family. I know what the heat is like in louisanna. I have been to shreavesport and boy was it hot there. I didn't have air in my car when I was out there. I was on my way to arizona with my friend and her mom and brother. It was so hot that when you opened the door the heat just hit you in the face. Seemed like 200% humidity there. I said I don't ever want to go back there. But it was great at night because it was warm. My friend and I would go out at night and take walks. She lived there for awhile with her sister.

Nothing much happening here today. We had our last tee ball game tonight and boy was it hot. I had strawberries for dinner tonight. Megan picked a whole bucket of them today with my parents. She skipped camp today and stayed with them.
Work is going very well and I feel great all over.

I hope everyone is staying cool and thinking positive.
