Default Sunny Monday

Wendy,

You are doing better then you think. Spring is here girl now you can get the new awakened attitude with the warmer weather. Spring into action you can do this. Think of how much weight you have lost already. You don't have enough confidence in yourself girl. You are doing great and don't even know it. Keep up the great work.

Nita,

That program that you are using sounds great. I have to get back to counting calories. I have no energy and I haven't been eating hardly anything or I eat normal and feel sick. So I have to get my eating back to normal with normal meals again. I think that will help the metabolism. I am so proud of you for sticking to this plan. It is working and that is what counts. It sure was worth the money. Do you find it is time consuming to enter all that info? That was great that you did so well at SRD with it. Keep up the great work.

Eleni,

How did you do over easter weekend? That is great that you set your challange for your group and yourself. I know challanges usually help me. You can do this. Get in that pool of yours. I know it is too cold here yet to open my pool.LOL

Did everyone have a great easter. I did. It was busy. Me and megan spent most of the day on our bikes. I hid eggs for her sat. night. She had a great time hunting for them. But she didn't find one and I can't remember where I put it.LOL Went to my mom's and my sisters to.

Have a great day all. Glad it is getting warmer but they say we could have snow this week

Good Morning Everyone,

Sherri......It is good to have you posting again. We miss you.
Yes, the program is time consuming, but its a priority for me. It feels good to be losing weight. I want to look better and feel better about myself. I think the advantage of counting calories is that you see how many calories are in some food and you know its just not worth having so many calories. Someone.... I think it was Wendy, put on the board one time about M & M's. You had to walk one football field to work off every M & M you eat. My neighbor bakes cream puffs and everytime she makes them, she brings me a few. I wouldn't hurt her feelings for the world, because she is so proud of her cream puffs, but I would rather she didn't bring any to me. I forget how many calories are in them, but I walked 2 miles this morning and that only burns 188 calories. So you can see how far I would have to walk just to burn off a cream puff. They are going in the freezer!!! Or I'll give them to someone not watching their weight.
I agree with you, eating normal meals does help the metabolism and may help with the lack of energy.

I hope that everyone is doing good this bright sunny Monday, and getting back OP after Easter.

Hello All!
Well I really wish I had seen that about the m and m's this morning! That is what I bought my kids for easter and of course I was chowing down on them. I have to get back into the swing after this vacation. I exercised everyday but my eating was way off! They have the best ice cream place there and of course its called Piggy's LOL!

I wish I could be disciplined enough to count my calories ect.. but I quit anything that requires time!

Hope you all are doing well and look forward to chatting with you all again!

COLOR=red]Hello Everyone! I[/COLOR]
I have missed all of you!

It seems like I never stay at home and when I am here I have tons of things that must be done.
We have been at the lake this last week, came in last night and had our laundry plus MIL's to do.

But we had such a good time. It is so nice up there. Wild flowers are in full bloom. And the birds make the most marvelous sounds. We had a lot to do but enjoyed every minute of it.

I didn't get to weigh in last week, but my scales stayed the same. I hope to get to weigh in this week,I miss going to meetings. That was the first one I had missed in this year.

Eleni, thanks for posting the pic's. Love the vest, and the back!!!
I always love to be able to put a face to a name and a new picture of you was great! I have the ones you sent me earlier in a drawer by the PC and get them out to remind me everyonce in a while. I envy your tan! Glad you had a good SRD. And you need to keep reminding your group of your challenge...and go across that stage, girl! Challenges help me, just keep encouraging your group and it will not only help them, it will help you. But don't let your weight keep you off that stage...you are trying. ..that's what counts. Don't give up! YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL!!!
You are so good encouraging others...I wish I had your knack for saying the right thing. But I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Drier stopped...need to take them out and put more in!!!
Talk later...wishing all of you a good week!

Default MONDAY

Hi Everyone.
Hope everyone had a great Easter. I know that I ate too much. And am going to hate to face the scale tomorrow night. But it is my own fault. No one else put the food in my mouth. But then I kept thinking ok Monday is the day we start our new diet. The Dr's put hubby on one. So am going to follow it with him. So over the weekend. We both ate what we wanted. And now I will pay for it at weigh in. On Saturday we went to a Ramp Festival. I dont care for them. But a friend of ours had a craft table there. So we went and sat with him for awhile. But hubby did get some ramps and potatoes. Boy did they have the ramps in them. So I went and got a steak hogie and fries. Hubby also got some fries and he had 2 pieces of pumpkin pie. Then we came home and I made the little smokies and biscuits for Sunrise Service. They went over real well. Then of course had to have mash potatoes and gravy for dinner yesterday. And all the other goodies. But have done fairly well today. Hubby has too. So hopefully we can do this Sugar Buster diet. Got an updated book of Sugar Busters today. So will have to read that. Was raining today. So we went to the mall and walked. Then went to KMART and thats were I found this updated book of Sugar Busters. So even if I have a gain this week. Maybe I will have a loss next.
I am thinking of all you ladies. Hope everyone has a great loss this week. Take care.
A TOPS PAL
