Good afternoon ladies. Again, can't talk long, sorry. Not sure how I am today. I know there are still somethings i'm working on, i'm far from perfect. Got on the scale at work, it was up. Talk about a way to blow your whole day. However, I'm trying to shake it off before tops tonite. I didn't go to church yesterday, and I could kick myself in the booty today for it.
Positive changes. We all know what to do we just have to keep on doing them till they become the new us. I kinda read up on the girls on the oprah show, and one was saying that she took her sons to mcd's, and she ordered the salad without even thinking of french fries, and big macs. It came automactically. That is the point that I want to get to. I decided yesterday when my cousins laughed at me, cuz i went to church last week. The thing is I know, i'm still working on the things inside me, but if i don't change on the inside, i will continue to get the same results on the outside.
