Talking Ready to lose menu thread #3

We are rolling now ladies!! I am down a pound and ready to rumble Joyce, Nancy.....anyone else??? We are doing great!

Breakfast- 1 egg 1 slice WW toast

Lunch- bowl of chicken noodle soup

supper- homeade chili (yummy) plus lots of fiber

Default Tuedays menu

Ok here was todays .... back on track

Breakfast- 4 oz fresh apple juice ( used my juicer for the first time) 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich on WW

Lunch- homeade soup (meatless)

snack- 1 cup fruit ( no sugar added )
10 WW crackers and 1 tbls dip

supper- 1/2 cup green beans, 2 slices of yams, 1 cup homeade beef veggie soup with barley

dessert- low fat sugar free lemon pudding

lost a pound tonight for a total of 21!! Yeah!!!

breakfast: one special k breakfast bar.

Snack: 2 cinn. graham crackers

lunch: Quisno's light turkey sandwich

dinner: 1/2 chicken sandwich, 14 low fat crackers, small box of raisons.

snack: One small chocolate yogurt on a cone.

Breakfast- 1 slimwell shake (made with soymilk)

Lunch- peanut butter and jelly on WW or subway

Snack- fruit

Supper- not sure yet but it will be healthy

Weigh-in for me tonight: -1.75. This menu deal works!

Wednesday's menu

Breakfast: 1 cup fat free lemon yogurt, 1 tbs Grapenuts cereal

Lunch: 94% fat free popcorn

Dinner: 3 slices pepperoni pizza... I saved up the points for it!

Breakfast: 1 piece of toast with peanut butter

Lunch: 1 wedge of skinny cow cheese on a mini bagel. 15 low fat crackers and one jello orange pudding.

dinner. 2 oz of chicken, salad, roll

snack: 1 apple and fat free carmel dip

lunch- gardenburger on WW lite bun

snack- 10 WW crackers on 2 tbls lite cream cheese

supper- not sure, its between a bbq beef sandwich or a veggie plate

Wink Fridays menu

Weigh in was a bust, But I am still determined to do the best I can and eat healthy so here goes .......


Breakfast- 1 can of tropical fruit in its own juices
and soymilk

Lunch- 1 fish stick and a cup of veggies

supper- chili 1 bowl and at least one roasted marshmallow
( we are having a hayride and chili supper at the church )

I am going to do my best and not snack alot today, I have a group of kids tonight so I will do my best

Breakfast- 1 egg, 1 cup apple juice (juiced it myself )
and 1 ww buscuit with 1/2 teaspoon butter and 1 tsp grape all fruit

lunch- out will fill in later

supper- veggies steamed and 1 fish stick 1/2 cup mac and cheese

1 slimwell shake and 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil

lunch- 15 ww crackers (like wheat thins but made with just ww flour and 1 teaspoon hummus and 2 teaspoon dip

supper- chicken teriaki sub 6 inch on oatmeal wheat

Well I am so determined to make it through tomorow night without any candy!!! Wish me luck girls

one 3 oz. can white tuna(sharred with the cat) fat free mayo on a tortilla.

one diet meatloaf dinner (added grean beans)
one light hot chocolate

10 animal cookies.

And Joyce! 5 weeks in the clear You go girl!!!

Breakfast- 1 slice of toast with all natural peanut butter and a glass of soy milk

Lunch- hormel cup of chili

supper- bowl of veggie soup and 2 very small slices of hamburger pizza

and for my treat tonight I am having a slice of SF pumpkin pie and 2 small sf chocolates
