Ok here was todays .... back on track
Breakfast- 4 oz fresh apple juice ( used my juicer for the first time)

1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich on WW
Lunch- homeade soup (meatless)
snack- 1 cup fruit ( no sugar added )
10 WW crackers and 1 tbls dip
supper- 1/2 cup green beans, 2 slices of yams, 1 cup homeade beef veggie soup with barley
dessert- low fat sugar free lemon pudding
