Default Thursday 10/3

GOOD MORNING LADIES!!!!! RISE AND SHINE!!!!!

Thought I'd start us off. It's snowing out and a fire is going in the woodburner. It's just after midnight so it is officially Thursday!
I wanted to check in to let you all know that I had a loss last eve. Small at only 3/4#, but hey, it was still a loss, so I am thrilled! Journaling does help!

Sherri, You have been busy and I bet you feel absolutely wonderful for helping that little boy. He showed you his appreciation and I think it's wonderful that you are willing to do 1 on 1 time with him. You are one SPECIAL lady!! You gave yourself a double whammy with the salt. Not only was it the cheese, but I think the ham steak is actually worse. GREAT GOING on how you did with your eating yesterday....and the water. I also drank a lot plus green tea. Sure helps. CONGRATULATIONS on making all your goals too.......that will get you closer to goal. Tonight, as long as you don't have a gain will be great, but yep, a loss would be the ultimate!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!!

Eleni, so nice talking with you yesterday. Is your world a little 'clearer' now?? LOL Keep up the exercise. I'm so proud of you for doing that. At least it counteracts when the eating is bad. Just think about the gains you might have if you didn't move the old body!!! Great goin' sis!

Hope everyone is going to have a good day and try to stay on plan. Thinking of you all....Wendy, Christie, Maryann, Nita, Liz, Nancy, Ciecie, CC, Marie, C4C, and all the other 'oldies' and 'newbies' whose names I'm spacing. Don't forget the water.......'it does a body good'.

Thanks for the encouragment. I felt great about my day yesterday every aspect of it. Yes he was showing his appreciation.
Congrats on the loss girl. You are doing awesome. Glad to see the scale is moving south again for you. You are doing the right things keep it up. I know it isn't easy but you are doing it.
By the way keep the snow we don't need any here. It is cooling down here a lot today compared to the last 2 days but they were not normal days for us. Today is more like an oct day.

How are you doing? Let us know how weigh in goes tonight. I have to stick that picture in my car so I remember to get a copy of it for you. I keep forgetting. I can't find the extra copy that is why I thought I mailed it. But I will get it done soon I promise. Hopefully this weekend.

Well my goals for today are as follows:

1. Don't get discouraged when I see the results from the scale tonight no matter what it says.

2. Know that I am back on track and praise myself for doing so and sticking with it for the past 3 days. If I hadn't the scale would be up a lot more. (it was down this morning but still not what it was last week so I am sure I will gain tonight)

3. Stick with points range tonight.

4. Don't react with food tonight after meeting.

5. Love myself

I have a lot on my agenda today ladies. I know I can do it. I don't want to sabotage what I have done so far in the past few days. It was rough start but yesterday with all that water I didn't have room to feel hungry so that is a great thing.

You all have a great day. Penny I hope you are safe in all this storm going on.

Question Gotta Question

Good Afternoon Ladies
I hope everyone is doing ok. Took Hubby to PT this morn. Went to the store. Had to get some stuff for Sons bucket. He takes his lunch everyday to school. Then came home then had to run to the bank. And When son gets home from school. Have to take him to church and mow if it isnt rainning.

I have a question. To anyone who is doing the WW points. Does anyone know how many points a Chicken fjaita (spelling?) from McDonalds has. We went to McDonalds for lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. But they didnt have any grilled chicken. All they had was the breaded chicken sandwiches. So I ask the lady there if the fjaita was lower in fat and calories then the regular chicken sandwiches. She said yes. Said alot of people who are dieting eat the fjaita instead of the sandwich. Then I got the side ceaser salad with herb vinegretta (fat free) salad dressing. So hopefully I didnt blow it too much with lunch. Breakfast was a Slim fast bar and a cup of green tea. Not sure about supper yet. Probably salad and a slim fast bar. See what time we get home from church tonight. We also have a meeting at church tonight.

Summer Great job on the loss. That is what I lost 3/4 lb. Like you I will take it. It is a loss.

Sherri Hope you are feeling better today. Good luck with weigh in tonight. I am sure you will do fine.

Angelwine. Congrats on the loss. That is great.

To all the other ladies. I am thinking of you. Hoping that you are having losses. Hope everyone has a great day.

Hi everyone,
Its raining and dreary here all day. I even took a little nap this afternoon cuddled up under all the blankets. Sometimes you just have to do that.

My husband and I worked out tonight at the local health center. Its really a nice place. We live in a small town and they built this fitness center. Sometimes we are the only ones there.

I had a taste for apple pie but didn't want to eat any. So I made my own version. I took half an apple sliced it thin. Mixed it with 1 teasoon of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Then I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Took half a pita picket and toasted it so it was crisp, put the apple mixture in there with a scoop of cool whip free. Boy was it good!
I thought that would be a good breakfast if I added 1 teaspoon of peanut butter to the apples.

Anyway, off to shower and bed. I work in a jr. high lunchroom supervising 800, 13 and 14 year olds and let me tell you it is a tuff job. I think this is my last year.

Your fajita is 4.5 pts and the dressing for one package is 1 pt. So you did great with your points and didn't realize it. Way to go girl you did it. You stayed on track today. Dotties site has about any resteraunt you would want to look up for points check it out.
Just wanted to let you know that I go to the GI dr tomorrow. I am hopeing that he will perform the test I need to see if I have the endomitrosis. That is my goal tomorrow. I will let you know what happens. How was your hubbys PT today?

Sometimes a nap does us good wish I could have taken one today. The homemade apple pie sounded great. What a great idea. You got the taste and didn't sacrifice your plan today.
As far as the 800 kids you can keep them.LOL


I did great today on plan. I made it yet another day without messing up. I didn't take out my frustrations on the food today either. I had a gain this week of 2 1/2 lbs. That is not good but for how much the scale was up I will be happy with that. I also know that I have been on plan since monday now so I should have a loss next week. The scale is now at 189 1/2 lb. It is an all time high for me. I have not weighed this much in 3 years. I started there and now I am back. So I am fighting the fight of my life to get back down now. I have to stick to my points and drink my water everyday. The water helps with taking away the need to eat. I was actually low in points today. But starting tomorrow I have to make sure to be at least at the min for points. It isn't good to be under your alloted points each day. So I should work on that one. i will put it in my goals this week.

Penny is safe I talked to her today. She just got the strong winds and some trees are down. But she was not in the eye of the storm. Thank god.
Keep up the great work girl. I am so proud of you.

Eleni and christie how did you guys do tonight?

I brought up the point about bringing in teens and they liked the idea. But they didn't want to leave out the guys. We have a mother and son in our group. So we decided to make it a family night. Parents and teens. So that will be the theme of our open house this year in january.
