Default Thursday

Hi Ladies
Well after yesterdays day of eating. I woke up this morning and decided I cant go on like this. So I got out my points stuff and tablet and I am going to get this weight off. So far so good today. I wrote down what I had for breakfast. Now to just make the right choices the rest of the day. I even have my green tea. So I hope you ladies wont and dont mind if I would post often in the next few days. Because I know I will have to do something to keep busy. It will be like withdrawal. Just like someone who has stopped drinking or smoking. I also have dug out my cross stitch stuff. We will weigh in on Monday this coming week. We use a gym for our meetings. Will the grade school kids need to have a basketball game. And this coming week it will be on Tues. So we changed to Mon. I will have to be really good over the weekend. But I know that with all you ladies here I will be able to get through this. Fri night is our banquet. I order grilled chicken. Hubby got the steak. And then they had pasta with sauce. Dont know if I will win anything or not. But it will be nice to just get out. Never been to this resturant before. So kinda looking forward to it. Well I better get off here. Need to check the rest of my messages. You ladies take care. Am thinking of all of you.

Coco,

Way to go by starting fresh today. I know it isn't easy to start over but you can do it. I hope you have a great time at your banquet.
With counting your points and writing things down you can't lose. You will lose this week.

I had weigh in tonight. I turtled. I was happy with that. I really didn't do that much different this week then last week. So I don't know why I didn't lose but at least I didn't gain.
