Great job on only eating the entree when you went out. You saved a lot of calories by doing that. Give yourself a hand.

That is great that you enjoy the sitting tape. I am sure it gives you ideas so that you can exercise while sitting at work also right? Is it easy on your knees? Glad you enjoy it and that you found a way to exercise.

Keep up the great work. I am sure you will have a loss tonight.

That is great that you are learning to Kayak. Do you think you are going to like it? How did your meeting go tonight? What did you end up doing for a program? I have to do the program on thursday also I have no idea what I am going to do I have to come up with something. Let us know how weigh in went. I am sure you will have a loss or it could be water weight. You have been doing great. Keep up the great work. Don't let the scale ruin your great successes you have been having.

Glad you posted again. I know it is hard to get here sometimes. Especially if you are posting in other places. There is only so many hours in the day. That is great that you are going to the gym also. So many of us are doing that these days and we are doing our bodies good.
Don't worry about the past. One good thing about TOPS is that you are never judged. We all have our bad times you are not alone. That is why you joined. Just think that after this week you can get yourself back on a routine and start making headway to this weight. You can do it and we are here to support you. Just take it one day at a time. Just because you can't be there for the meetings doesn't mean you have to totally blow it while away. Try and remember what is important to you and you will stay on track while away. Just think you will have a great loss when you return.
I am doing good. Penny it was great to hear from you today. I was missing you like crazy girl glad to hear you are doing so great. Keep up the hard work it is paying off.
I did have a gain of 1 lb over the weekend. That wasn't bad considering the foods I ate. I did not make good choices but I was back to curves today and I got some more meal bars also. I had my WW frozen entree today only 3 pts for lunch. So I did great today on plan along with the exercise.
I arranged to have a lady that owns a fitness club come do 2 programs for us. We are having an open house in january and she is going to come back and do another low fat cooking program for us. Last time she was a hit and did appetizers for us. This time she is going to do a main dish for us. She is very motivating. She is also going to come on sept. 26th and do a weight class. She is going to show us some exercises using hand weights and the proper use of them and the technique. So that should be interesting. We might purchase a couple of sets of 3# hand weights and give them out that night at the meeting. So it should be great. I also talked to some Dr's offices today cardiologist. To see if any of them would like to come and be a guest speaker for us some time. So we are working on that one.
That is about it. I just remembered that we are supposed to have the KOPS recognition night on the 26th of sept so we have to change that to the 19th. It shouldn't be a problem to move it up a week.
Well I am going to get you all have a great night and a great on plan day tomorrow.
