Most chapters have two times that they mention. One is the weigh in time which may be 30 to 45 minutes. Then there is time that meeting actually begins. It will be 45 min to an hour. Everyone should try to get to meeting at least 15 minutes before the starting time so they can get weighed. Makes it easier for weight recorder as they are suppose to stop weighing at meeting time. Anyone that comes late will have to wait til the end of the meeting. Hope this helps you
