Just checking in. Congrats to all the "losers" on the board. That is great. For the ones of us who gain. We can do this. We just need to start making better choices, writing down what we eat, drinking the water, weighing and measuring. Now I just need to take my own advice

Sherri Dont worry about your gain. You will get it off. I know you can do this. You have it in you. Just think with all the exercise you may be gaining some muscle now. And that weighs more than fat. Just keep up the good work.
Eleni Thanks for starting the challenge again. I didnt do very well on the last one. But I will try and do better for this one. I am not going to set a certain amout. Just to be "lighter" in 4 weeks.
