I hate to tell you but it is pretty bad, but tastes good. According to WWpoints:

1 cup of lo mein has 8 pts
1 cup if fried rice 8 pts
1 cup of ss pork 12 pts
sesame chicken has 10 pts

Don't have the points on the rest but 1 pt is equal to 50 calories.

Oh well, who cares. It was only 1 meal. 1 treat doesn't ruin your whoel diet. Don't fret.

Take care

When I go to Chinese, I opt for the ones without breading, and lots of veggies. I eat no rice. If I want the cheese ragoon, and an egg roll, i try to keep moteration into consideration. The place that I go to also has crab legs. I also go for that. Not sure the point value on these items, but I feel that as often as I go, if I watch it the rest of the week, and day, then I'm ok. Cuz if you don't get what you want sometimes, you will overeat until you get what you really want. I'm also learning this whole thing is about choices. I choose to do the things I do, sometimes I feel i don't have a choice, but I do. I just don't think about those choices to begin with.

Crazy4carbs,

The others are right about treating yourself. The only big problem with the chinese is that you really have to watch what day you are eating it. Chinese food has A LOT of salt in it. You will probably see the scale go up as much as 5 lbs when you eat it. But don't worry it is only water weight. You can drink tons of water the next day and get back down.
As for what day to eat it being the best I would say the day after weigh in. That way if you eat healthy the rest of the week and keep up your exercise you can still come in with a loss for the week. You have to treat yourself sometime. This is a lifestyle change and it is for life.
I always gain 5 lbs when I eat chinese every time. I try not to have it to often because of that. But boy is it good.

I hope this helped you.
