THANKS ladies for keeping those {{{{{{VIBE}}}}}}......Glad I got them going before last weekend. Let's do it everyday, OK????? I can see such a difference in the mood of the board!!! YES, YES, YES!!!!!

Some of us will have 'downer' days and we need the ones that are doing well to help bring us back up.

I have my weigh in tonight and it might be touch and go again. I thought I was doing OK, but the scale looks like it might have another thought. I'll report later.

I throw the towel in on my scales. Mine told me I was a stay the same and I lost 2 lbs. last night. I owe it in large part to the positive energy that washes over me when I take a moment or two to read these marvelous posts. Keep up the super work you two, you rule.

I am an "expect the best,prepare for the worst" type, so I promise to try VERY hard to keep as good a mind set and to help keep those positive vibes going.

I bought a Christmas party dress today. A little black number. It was totally mind-blowing, actually choosing a dress that looked great over being grateful to find something, anything, that fits.
