I heard about that movie. But didn't know what it was about. I am glad you liked it. See you are so lucky that you and your hubby get to do things like that. Me and my hubby never do anything like that. He won't go to the movies.

Did you get much work done today? Glad to see that you are getting on track again to. We will all be on track and doing well in no time working our way towards our goals. We can do this.
Yes mickey is right. It is up to us and we are the only ones in control of what goes in our mouths.
I had a good day today. I ate too much for dinner though and some apple crisp. But I stayed within my pts so that is good. I shoud really be in the next higher range because I have gained so much weight back. But I am not putting myself there. But I still had 2 pts to spare today. So at least I didn't go over. I am happy with that. I am working on the pts first. Then when I am doing well with them I might start exercising again. But before I lost weight and didn't exercise. So I will see what happens at weigh in. My scale isn't down but at least I know I am eating healthy and I am staying within my range everyday. That is all I can do for now.
Lets remember to live life one day at a time and to cherish everyday that we have like it might be the last. We tend to forget that. One of the other members of my group lost her brother on friday. He was diagnosed with cancer just 6 weeks ago and now he is dead. The same thing happened with her sister 5 months ago. She said she has to remember to live everyday to the fullest because she can't believe that you can be here one day and gone the next.
I came up with another idea for us for our rally. Myself along with the others except for 2 out of the 7 are having a hard time coming up with a food costume. So I am suggesting that we go as a weightloss tip. We can each wear the same color sweatshirt and then on the back put the tip and on the front a picture that goes with it. We can print out the tips on the computer and tape them to our backs along with the picture taped on the front of us. A couple of ideas are to drink 8 glass of water a day. Then put a picture of 8 glasses on the front of someone. Then another was to exercise at least 3 days a week. Then we can put a picture of exercise equipment, Hand weights or even a person walking on the front. What do you all think of this idea? Everyone so far likes the idea. It is easy, inexpensive, and creative. They love it. I still have to get the approval of one more person then if they say yes then that is what we are going to do. I thought it would be much easier. It goes along with the tops theme and it is creative. I don't think anyone will think of that one.
I have to go for now. I am having a date with my tub.
