Hi all,
I see no thread was started today so I will start one now. I really have to do this today for sure.
I had a terrible day. I ruined my plan in one meal. I had a whopper with cheese and fries at burger king and that one meal put me over my pts for the day. I knew it was a lot of pts but didn't think they were that many. I was so mad. Just to think that a burger and fries could ruin my whole day.
I am going to do much better tomorrow. I have to. I am sure now that I won't have a loss this week. I was doing so well to that is why I am so mad at me. It was me that made the choice no one else.
But like eleni says start over no matter what. So that is what tomorrow is going to be another start over day for me. I am also going to start exercising. I was losing at one time doing it. I just have to make sure to not overdo it so I gain weight from doing it. I have to find a happy medium with the exercise. NO toning that is for sure.
