im off to bed, catch u gals tomorow

teahoney 06-17-2006 07:54 PM

I have been away for way too long. Just been in a slump and tired of it. I hope everyone is doing okay. I'll go back and try to catch up on at least five pages or so. I'm really going to make an effort to stop isolating myself and posting more. When I isolate, I use food for comfort.

Michelle 06-17-2006 10:33 PM

RYANMI -- I have changed my avatar now a couple of times, and it has stayed the correct size, so I don't know what happened with it before.:?:

LINDA -- I'm having a hard time getting used to the way I look right now, because I feel that my face just looks so fat, but I guess it is what it is and I just need to get this weight off!:o

LIZA -- I also hate seeing all the skinny girls run around in the summer with really cute clothes on, because I keep wearing mainly the same old clothes year round.:(

TRACEY -- I'm so glad to see you back! I have had many downer days here lately, but I do feel better when I come here and talk with people!

AndrewsMum 06-18-2006 06:35 AM

tracey, iv been doing the same thing myself :(
michelle, i see you're still playing wiv your new camera!

ELEM-PGF 06-18-2006 08:09 AM

Howdy gang!! Well I am home and glad to be here! Flights were okay, still a little bumpy and when i came into midway we were just about on the ground and sharply turned back up again. I hate to fly in the first place and the pilot saying it wasn't safe to land didn't sit well with me at all, but better safe than sorry.

It was hard leaving my daddy knowing he would end up spending his first father's day without a father basically alone. HE went from house full of people to no one but mom. Plan on calling but that's just not the same. At least we will be back up there in two weeks! Especially since that time we will have the kids there too. I am going to try to do some quick personals since i need to be getting ready for church!

Tracey, SO GLAD TO SEE YOU!!! sorry to hear you have been bummed, it goes around here alot! We are women and that happens! That's what we are here for to support each other through it! Never hesitate to lean on us! This group has helped me through many a rough time!

Louie, WELCOME!!!!! Gret group here and yes i am a splenda fan as well. I am trying to work on the theory that too much of anything is not good but splenda has become a great substitute for me. Sweet tooth is a generational thing for me goes WAY BACK, and has been extremely difficult to fight. Since finding splenda i am much easier to live with.

Ryanmi - love the pic! Always great to have a face with the name. My aunt lives in chicago and she was shocked when i checked the temp on the computer and told her she would be going back to hotter temps than she had been in in PA!! She lives in Hoffman Estates, do you know where that is? My layover in chicago's midway was nice, very clean airport!

Linda, i agree about tina i was thinking about her on the plane ride home and wondering what could be keeping her gone for so long!!! Does anyone have any kind of other contact info for her. Hope it is just and extended computer crash and we will see her again soon. I loved the lemon jello recipe you gave and i will definitely be trying it soon!

Tricia - WELCOME!!!!! you will be glad you joined, lots of helpful info and wonderful support!

Michelle - glad to hear your spirits are beginning to lift. Amazing how sore the WATP stuff can make you isn't it. Keep at it and i am sure you will work out the kinks quickly. Actually i was jealous looking at your picture thinking how thin your face looks!!

Liza - yes you were missed!!! glad to see you are back, yes the hot weather just seems to remind me even more how much weight i have to lose. there is always someone in a skimpy outfit running around looking cooler than i feel! Anyway hope getting back in with the crowd will lift your spirits and keep you going!

Well ladies gotta run, kids need breakfast and i can't go tot work in just my panties!!!! HOpe ya'll have a great day! Erin

meowee 06-18-2006 08:50 AM

Hi everybody . . . looks like we are finally going to be getting some hot weather :( Guess I'd better break out my 'skimpy' clothes . . . which, in my case, means a top with short sleeves instead of long sleeves . . . One woman's bikini is another woman's caftan. ;)

Hi . . . Liza . . . We understand how you feel, girl, but drop in and vent to us and you'll probably feel a big bunch better for it. Isolating yourself will only make you feel more punky.

Hi . . . Tracey . . . Right you are. The more you post, the better you'll feel. Isolation always seems to lead directly to the refrigerator.

Hi . . . Michelle . . . Oh you are such a silly. You look great to everyone but yourself. Look at those cheekbones, girl.

Hi . . . Erin . . . Glad you made it back safely. Know it was hard to leave, but think how pleased your Father will be to see all of you again so soon.

Nothing too much going on for me this weekend. As mentioned, the weather is starting to break out in "hot" although we still have a nice breeze, but you can sort of feel the humidity rising as we speak.

Have a great day, gang. Keep moving and shaking and heading in the downward direction. See you all really soon. :carrot:

Louie 06-18-2006 10:28 AM

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening !!!

I am on the run, but just wanted to say  to everyone and hope that you have a great day.

I will be back later for personals. Until then keep on keeping on !!!

royalsfan1 06-18-2006 04:20 PM

Hi all! Thought I'd check in and see if everyone is having a good day. We've had a great Father's Day so far. Went to church, lunch, and then to see "Cars". I highly recommmend it to anyone who hasn't seen it. It's really cute! Oh, and I woke up this morning and the scale was down another 1/2 pound. That makes 2.5 since last Monday....I wonder if by tomorrow I can make it 3! Not a bad first week, I think.

One problem I've noticed I've been having. Anytime I think I've had something "bad" to eat I'm afraid I'll wake up the next morning and find the scales are back up... I felt this way when I had a piece of lasagna for dinner the other night (only 1 piece...but I wanted way more!) and this afternoon after the movie...when I had a little bit of my husband's popcorn. I've got to get out of that mindset and realize that by eating in moderation....and eating skinny person portions....I will not be able to maintain the weight I was. You have to eat a lot to maintain that weight! haha Has anyone else had these fears?

Have a great day!
Tricia

RRVMMM 06-18-2006 08:27 PM

Hey Ladies, sorry about being away all weekend but I was at Mom's and I get so caught up with everything there I just run out of time for posting, but I wont be going to mom's for a couple of weeks and will definitely be here more.

I havent caught up on all that was posted over the weekend cause I have a bunch to do this evening but I wanted to say welcome to Loui and Tricia. I will get my personals in tomorrow morning.

The scales were not so nice this week but i really didnt expect it(I wasnt very good this weel). I didn't gain anything but there was no loss either.

I am completely off of jury duty now also so it will also help with having time to be able to post.

Well I got to get for now but tomorrow things will be back to normal and maybe I will have and idea for the challange I suggested.

ryanmi72 06-18-2006 08:33 PM

Howdy all-

I decided I'd better figure out how to get a ticker going, since I'm off the meds in a few days, and then am getting back to this for real-not that I haven't been so far, but it's more maintaining than anything-which is all I can really hope for with steroids! It took forever, but this blonde finally figured out how to set the silly thing...we'll see what happens when I have to change it ( notice I said when, not if :) )

Hope everyone had a great Sunday- it rained on and off here all day. I just got some new patio furniture, and my patio is covered, so I sat outside for a bit and watched the rain...I was hoping for a miracle "cooling off" shower, but no such luck! :(

Anyway, I brought some work home with me, so I am getting to it! Have a great evening all...

Cheryl120 06-18-2006 11:29 PM

Hi Everyone! Gone for a couple of days and we have two new people join our group, AWESOME!!! I had a very busy and still stressful weekend. The car show was great, weather was great and I was able to be under a tent for the weekend, so I didn't burn. Good news is that hubby and I won $200.00 in the raffle. Bad news is that FD is still a pain and made my weekend stressful!! Got a new FD on Thursday and thought things were going well till I went into my sewing room this afternoon. The smell just about knocked me for a loop and things had been moved around. The new FD threw-up on my computer desk, printer, wall, carpet and hubby car parts and never said anything. I was:tantrum: . On top of that, I noticed the new cans of can air were no where to be found where I had them and the straw for one was near the puke.
I think she was huffing, but she says no and I can't prove it. I reported the problem, locked my room and all aerosol cans up. Tomorrow I need to get up there when I get home and air the room out so my fabric doesn't smell. Going to either walk or mow my stress away. Going out to the back pasture and have a good scream sounds good also. LOL

Erin...So glad to hear you had a safe flight home. How are your children feeling?

Ryanmi...Love your picture!! Glad to hear you are on your last round of steroids.

Louie...:welcome: Nice to have a rooster in the hen house. Look forward to getting to know you. I'll be here for a while myself, since I have lots to loose.

Robbin...Glad jury duty is behind you. Congrats on staying the same. Sending the fairy fat mother your way.:wizard: Hope she sprinkels a little fat reducing dust on you.

Tricia...:welcome3: Look forward to getting to know you as well. Splenda is a wonderful alternative to sugar. I try to use it in my baking and have had good results.

Michelle...Sorry your hip joints are hurting, but WTG on doing your WATP's.

Liza...Yes you were missed. Now stay away from the ice cream and BBQ!
Great job on getting into a smaller top. Won't be long Liza and you will be in smaller pants as well.:carrot:

Tracey...Honey, we are here for you, you do not need to do this alone. Please check in every day if you can. We can do this together.

Hey gang, the other thing that happen today, was I went and lite a candle in my sewing room and caught my shirt on fire.:fr: :flame: . How stupid is that!!
It couldn't of been an everyday shirt, but one I wear to church. Melted a hole the size of a half dollar in it.:tantrum:
See ya tomorrow.

Cheryl

ELEM-PGF 06-19-2006 07:57 AM

Morning Glories! Well as you can see I moved the ticker again. Scale has been a little testy and actually weighed 259.9 two times in a row but didn't want to move the ticker that low just yet. The 260.4 is kind of an average of what I have been getting. Anyway, down is down and I am glad! I hope my husband had a good father's day. We went to his grandparent's for lunch and his mom actually went out of her way to see to it that I had the kinds of food i need to be eating, really shocked me. Anyway, if i could just get hubby eating the same way i would have really accomlished something. There were compliments on how well i was doing but of course quickly followed by shy am i not making hubby do it too. To which i answered, he is a grown man and i can't MAKE him do anything. Oh well. Time will tell, I can tell he is feeling the urge more and more but just can't get fully dedicated yet. Kids start swim lessons today and seem to be feeling a little better so i guess we are going to take them. Hubby is supposed to be working out while they do their lesson so we'll see.

Okay enough about me---

Tricia - yes i always have that fear that if i just get slightly out of line it will all fall apart. After a lifetime of overeating and bingeing and watching the scales climb on a daily basis it has been very hard for me to change the mind as well as the body. It does get better though and the small increases here and there that we know are coming really don't hurt so bad after while. I try to keep the weekly big picture in mind and focus on the fact that we are all human and no one can be perfect!

Robbin - busy girl! Hope you had a good time with your mom and looking forward to hearing more from you. No up is a good thing the down will come again soon!

Ryanmi - tickers can be such a challenge sometimes! Looking forward to seeing it moving down! Did you get your work done?

Cheryl - WOW have you had a funfilled weekend! Haha! Congrats on the raffle win, but hate to hear you will be spending it on cleaning up the room. Foster parenting is such a challenge!!! I admire you for taking it on! Sounds like this one is really going to test you. My kids are better but still cranky when they want to be. My daughter has had this funky eye thing for a long time and it is really flared up again. The chlorine from the swimming will either make it better or worse but we are to see the doctor this week about it so we'll see. Thanks for asking about them. Sorry about the burned shirt! Nothing makes me more made that ruining something i really like to wear. I bet with your sewing skill though you could fix it and no one will know!

Well gang, off to torture folks! hope ya'll have a great day and I will try to check in later on! Anyone heard anything from Tina yet?????

royalsfan1 06-19-2006 09:07 AM

First official week

Down 3 pounds! That feels really great!

Wow, this is really a friendly group. Thanks for all the nice hellos. Can't wait to get to know you all better (and be able to remember who is who!).

Cheryl....sorry about your shirt! Reminds me of when my DD (8) bent down to blow out a candle in our living room. She caught her hair on fire! I had a notebook in my hand so I started hitting her on the head trying to put it out...and she was running and crying because she thought I was mad at her for blowing out the candle (I guess since chasing her and beating her in the head is my normal way of handling my anger with her....???what's up with that???hahaa) and DH walks into the room and has no idea what's going on...but that it's funny. Anyway, the fire is out and I am hugging her telling her why I was hitting her on the head with my notebook...then she gets hysterical because her hair was on fire and DH helped out royally by mentioning the smell. I swear, sometimes he's perfectly witless and she's perfectly hormonal! (Is that possible at 8?) Anyway, no harm no foul...her hair is so darn thick that no one would ever see the part we had to cut away. Just got her some cute layers!

Later ladies!
Tricia

Safety Advice

Morning Kids...

Just checking in here, and after reading these stories of fire mishaps, I feel compelled to remind us all of the great Dick VanDyke, and his commercials regarding fire safety??? :hb: :flame: :bomb: :smoking: You know...

STOP, DROP, and ROLL!!!

Just in case someone else comes in contact with fire anytime in the future! :D

Hee hee hee...Happy Monday!!!

RRVMMM 06-19-2006 10:06 AM

Hello Ladies,

Louie - I think your first post must have been at the same time I posted on Friday because I had not notice yours until I came back on Sunday night, Sorry.

Ryanmi - I am excited for you that this is your last pack of steroids, I have never been on them myself but I have a 12 year old son that has to take them off an on because of his asthma and alergies. Everytime he is on them he eats everything in site. I can't get him full on a normal day but to have him on his steroids also ........... wow the kid can eat. Lucky for him he has his dad's metabolisim and is very thin.

Linda -So Alberto was a theif and stole some of your shingles huh? I hate it everytime my husband has to climb up on our roof to fix the shingles. He gets up there and acts like a goof just to see if he can scare me.

Tricia - I think setting your time frame for 2 years was a good idea, it takes the pressure off of you. I know you said you want to loose 120 pounds but you didn't say anything about a mini goal. I think you should set a mini goal. Maybe say you want to get down to only have 99 pounds to loose and so on. I know that by taking it 10 pounds at a time I stay more motivated than I would by looking at the big picture. One of my "sweet fixes" is Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches, I don't remember the calorie count but they only have around 2 grams of fat. They are yummy. Also someone here got me started on frozen peaches with fat free cool whip, yum yum.

Liza - I want you to know I did miss you also. The thing is - I mention Tina often because she is the one I started out being "buddies" with and we usually PM every day. I know her a little better than I do everyone else and she has really helped me alot. But anytime one of our group seems to be MIA I notice and miss that person. Please don't feel we didn't miss you.

Michelle - I just noticed you are under the 100 pounds to go mark. Yay!!! For me that seemed the biggest goal reached. And by the way your face does not look fat to me, you want to see a fat face look at my pic. Which I need to be changing that was after only 16 lbs lost, I wonder if it has changed much. Maybe this evening I will take a new pic.

Tracey - It is so good to see you again. I know the last time you popped in you mentioned you didn't want to be a downer all the time but remember we all go through our slumps. Rmember we are all here for you.

Erin - Wow your statement about leaving your daddy really hit me hard. While at my mom's over the weekend my Grandma came over and it was so hard to watch her leave to go home all by herself, my grandpa passed almost 2 years ago and It still bothers me so much that grandma is by herself. I am happy you had a safe trip and are back home. I did not get picked to sit on a jury, my name never got called.

Cheryl - sounds like you had a very mmmmmmmmmm interesting weekend. I hope you get the situation with the new FD settled soon. I think it takes a very special person to foster. I am not sure I could do it. You have my respect for standing up and doing what is needed for children that need a parent. Ok also have to say I am sorry. When I read you caugh your shirt on fire I had a good chuckle. When I was a smoker(just a few months ago) I had a problem with someone turning the flame up on my lighters and always had a problem with burning my hair.

Ok now that I am all caught up I feel so much better. As for the challange I thought maybe we should all set our own mini challange. We each find something we would like to do, and let everyone else know what it is, then we try to do that for 7 days straight. Mine would be to walk at least 15 minutes a day. I know for some that seems like no challange at all but for me it would be. I never get exercise fit into my day. We could all take this week to decide what our challange would be then start on Sunday and go through Saturday. If this doesnt sound good please say so, I will not be offended at all. Just trying to keep things interesing.

Well ladies I got to get to work.

Cheryl120 06-19-2006 10:06 AM

Happy Monday Morning!

Erin...I get the "Light and Tasty" magazine and yearly cookbook. Cook out of it all the time and the hubby doesn't even know he is eating light. Then when he is having an extra helping, I know it won't be as bad as having a full calorie meal. Plus I shop at Sams Club for my meat, come home and rewrap it into 4 servings per bag for our family. No seconds on meat and usually no seconds on anything else except for fruit/salad/veggies. And we all know that most kids don't want to eat those things.
My son use to have eye problems also, he started wearing eye goggles when he went swimming. You might try that, since chlorine burns.

Tricia...I had a good laugh at your daughters expense. I can just picture you and her running, hitting her on the head with the notebook and the poor babys hair is on fire. When I met my future in-laws, my hubby wanted me to cook dinner for them at their house, so I did. No one told me that their gas oven was the kind that you had to lite the pilot to use the oven. Well I just set it for 350, had stuff cooking on top and open the oven to put the casserole in and POOF!:flame: DH and the in-laws started laughing until they realized that I had singed off my eye brows and the front part of my hair. Back then, the hair style was really, really short and after this fiasco, the front of my hair was stubs! LOL. At least it grew back before the wedding.
Congrats and dropping 3 pounds.:bravo: :woo:  Guess we know who the fairy fat mother was visiting.:wizard:

Ryanmi...I have to take fire safty every year and we do fire drills every three months in our home. Stop, drop and roll I know, also beat the belly as fast as you can.:yikes: The shirt is in the trash.

Well, gang hope you have a great day. I'm off to air out my room and get a few more kids made before I have to go to town for meetings with the FD's. Get back this afternoon, and we are mowing.

Cheryl

Louie 06-19-2006 10:07 AM

Good Morning :coffee:

Didn't make it back on the computer yesterday.. I spent 6 hours at the college with my study partner doing some final prep and then it was off to a Father's Day BBQ...:burger: and salads..yum yum !!

Tricia ~ 3 lbs.. you go girl !! Great first week. Cars.. haven't seen it, but I love all of those new cartoons.. so will have to put this one on my list of must see's.

Ryanmi ~ welcome to the world of tickers !! You will figure them out, although I have to admit that everytime I have had one it has taken me awhile to figure out what number goes where etc. New patio furniture.. how nice !! I am sure will get to enjoy lots of sunny days sitting outside on the deck :sunny:

ELEM ~ welcome home and yahoo on your downward scale movement !!!

Cheryl ~ Thanks for the welcoming. Glad that you enjoyed the car show and $200.00 whoohooo that was a nice surprise. I think I may have some of those in my future as my hubby is currently restoring a '64 Impala.

RRVMMM ~ Thanks for the welcoming. Glad that your jury duty is finished. I once served jury duty and they certainly aren't all that fun !!

Meowee ~ Hope all is well with you and that you are still enjoying some nice weather. We have blue skies on the west coast today.. but that could change quickly :dizzy:

AndrewsMum ~ hope all is well. Congrats on the smaller size....whoo hooo !!!

Michelle ~ Hope you had a wonderful weekend !!

TeaHoney ~ nice to meet you. We all go through slumps, but remember we are here if you need to talk :listen:

Phew... did I get everyone ?!?!? I hope so !! If not  to those of you I may have missed.

Well ladies I best get a move on. Have a great day and TTYS :D

meowee 06-19-2006 12:21 PM

Hi Gang . . . things are certainly picking up in here again . . . although there is still no sign of Tina or Lois.

Nova Scotia is having another gorgeous, sunny day. It's already up to 28C (82-83F) but there is a lovely breeze to keep the humidity at bay although the dehumidifier did turn itself on about an hour ago, for the first time this year, so you know it will be getting worse, soon. :(

Got a kick out of the fire stories, Cheryl and Tricia. Reminded me of when Mouse was a kitten (that's the big hairy grey cat) and he got his tail in a candle. After he hissed at me because I hit him to put out the flames, he started to wash himself and then, of course, he tastes burned fur and gives me more hisses and dirty looks as though it was all my fault. It was hours before he forgave me . . . cats carry grudges. :D

Erin . . . congratulations on the loss. Bet the hubby will come on board soon, as he listens to more and more people giving you compliments, he'll definitely want to get in on the act.

Cheryl . . . glad the weekend was mostly good. I don't know how you do it, girl. I know I would never have the patience to foster. It's a good thing we have dedicated, good-hearted people like you in the world. Hope everything cleans up OK. I like your cooking philosophy . . . what they don't know won't hurt them and planning for no leftovers is a very wise move.

Ryanmi . . . good going . . . you've done great with the ticker and you'll soon have it moving eastward on a regular basis.

Robbin . . . glad the Jury Duty is over and you can get back in sync with the rest of your life. Don't you worry, you'll have the scale moving downward again soon. Actually a week long, individual goal sounds pretty good. I might just try to do some kind of exercise every day for a week. Will think about it and let you know.

Tricia . . . congratulations, chickie . . . you are definitely heading in the right direction. Never you fear, we all have those "oh bad me" moments. Now, if we can just get you to stop beating up your kids . . . ;) everything will really be great.

Louie . . . Good going at the BBQ, girl. All those great 'fatty-meat' smells are sooooo hard to resist.

Well I'd better get going on some errands. We seem to have lost the sun while I've been typing and the breeze is heading for stormy levels. Amazing how fast things can change around here.

Have a great day, gang. Keep moving and shaking and heading in the downward direction. See you soon . . . :carrot:

LadyLai 06-19-2006 12:23 PM

WOOO HOOOooooo! I made it! You guys what a week! My internet connection...well let's say...I had NONE, NADDA...ZILCH!! Can't explain what happened to it because I'm not a whiz at the whole thing. My step-son (who is in Hong Kong) set this up for me when I got it last Christmas...well some settings went wonky and it took my younger step-son to fix it. AND THAT TOOK SOME TIME! If this were a "real" meeting room I'd be running around hugging you all! I can't believe how much I depend on you all to get through my days...I missed you all so much!

I just scanned back a few pages...it's really too much for me to catch up on...so ladies may I pick up from here?

I gotta say Erin, sorry to hear of your grandfathers passing.

Welcome to the newbies! I look forward to getting to know you better!

Well, beleive it or not I gotta jet already. Gotta stick to the routine this week real close. Last week was a bust! NO scale victories to report. I'll be back later...I promise and hope! **fingers crossed**

~Tina

meowee 06-19-2006 12:44 PM

Oh wow . . . Tina . . . sooooo glaaaaad to see you. Thank goodness it was only a computer meltdown . . . We were really worried. Welcome back. Here's another  just because.

Michelle 06-19-2006 03:23 PM

WOW, lots going on here!:o My DH had taken today off because he has a meeting this afternoon, so he asked me to go out to breakfast, and it was delicious! It's sunny and nice here today, but still cool and I love it!:D

TINA -- Girlie, I am SO GLAD to see you back here again! I'm very sorry to hear that you were having internet problems, but I'm glad that was the reason to keep you away and not something very serious! I missed you SO much!

CHERYL -- I'm so sorry for all the problems you are having with your FD! How long will she be with you? That would be a very stressful situation on top of everything else! I hope your day goes much better today.

ROBBIN -- Yes I'm under my 100 pound mark finally, but I keep going back and forth with the same few pounds. I really need to get myself in gear again!:censored: :tantrum: :kickbutt: :dunno: Please do post a recent pic of you -- PLEASE!

LOUIE -- I did have a good weekend, and the taco dinner I cooked yesterday for Fathers Day was really good!

RRVMMM 06-19-2006 03:52 PM

Hey girls just thought I would pop in and drop off some food facts.

When you are eating a piece of fruit, you are eating a swollen ovary! Yes, that's right...fruit comes from a flowering plant which contains an ovary which will become the fruit!

After cats eat, they always immediately bathe themselves. This is because their instinct tells them to get the food scent off of them so that predators will not smell the food and come after them

The average American visits a fast food restaurant six times a month

Elephants eat up to 500 lbs of food a day

In a typical restaurant, customers receive 27 cents worth of food for each dollar they spend

1 out of 3 of all cows in the US used for food purposes (beef) are used by the McDonald's Corp.

LadyLai 06-19-2006 05:16 PM

Linda, thanks for the welcome back hug! It's good to be back!

Michelle, thanks aswell. I missed you too! I love the new AV by the way. Very beautiful picture...magnafique!

Robbin, very cool and disturbing food facts all the same. ;) The McDonalds beef one really amazed me. Every day, gazillion times a day they are serving such high caloric, high in fat food and practically giving it away. When I switched my McDonalds meal from the usual McChicken Meal to the Oriental salad and low fat dressing the price jumped up about five bucks. It costs to eat healthy and that's just discusting!

Chat later gators! Hope you are all having a great day!
Tina

Hello Tina!!!

WHOOHOO! Tina, it is so nice to see your happy face. Big hug to you. Sorry you had computer problems.:( Was driving you nuts, huh!! I swear there are days I would like to shoot mine if I had a gun. Problem is, I probably shoot the monitor and not the computer.

Linda...YES, cats hold big grudges. When we go on vacation for 2 weeks, my friend comes over every couple of days to feed, give a little love and empty Princess waste tray. When we get home, she totally ignores my hubby. He's the only person she gives the time of day too. It takes about a week before he is back in her good graces.

Louie...My hubby wanted to put the $200 towards our car. We are currently restoring a 57 Chevy convertible. I told him no way! Took my cut.

Well, I never had time to exercise or weigh myself today. Will try to get back to my routine tomorrow. Have a good one.

Cheryl

Evening All...

Well, I have just returned from my manicure/pedicure, and I am now a refreshed woman! Haahaa, at least my nails and toes look better than they did...:cloud9:

Well, Tina, welcome back!!! If you read through the posts, you'll see that you were missed pretty much everyday! Glad nothing serious happened, and that you're back among us!

Robbin, I am in with you on the 15 min walking goal...especially now that the weather is hot and humid- I need to be outside getting short amounts of exercise--asthma/allergies prevent me from being out much longer as it heats up, but the 15 min walking at least once a day sounds like a plan! :running: Today, I went and checked out the new "Clocktower" on campus...which is more like a clock-post...not quite what I had imagined or thought, but still a nice enhancement all the same. It's more like an old fashioned street clock, with a nice plaza around it. Hmmmm...not the tower I thought, but still very pretty.

Erin- Very cool that you are getting the support from the family! I think Cheryl's idea is excellent-if hubby doesn't know better, that in itself helps you both out! ;)

Linda and Cheryl...Ok, here's my fire story (since I poked fun w/the "Stop, Drop, and Roll")...years ago, I was turning on the stovetop (gas stove) and my cat Cuervo was trying to jump on the stove at the same time. I kept pushing him down and trying to turn on the burner at the same time, and just as the gas "poofed' out of the burner, Cuervo's face hit the flames...he took off running and meowing like never before around my apartment...I couldn't catch him, and when I did, I was relieved to learn that his face was fine, but his whiskers had taken the brunt of the action! :flame: They were all mangled and curled up and stragly, like a cartoon character that had just been in a fight...it took forever for them to grow out, and in that time, I think he lost some sense of where he can and can't fit, because to this day, he still gets stuck places he has no business trying to get to!

Michelle, breakfast out sounds lovely-I can't remember the last time I went out for breakfast! Hmmm...maybe I'll have to do that soon...it's always so much better when someone else cooks it-regardless of what it is! :coffee: :stir:

Tricia- Congrats on your 3lb loss! Sounds like you are off to a great start! And, I had to laugh at your story-leave it to the man to say the right thing at the right time! :foot:

Louie, the patio furniture is very nice...now if I could do something about the humidity and hot weather, I'd be set! I just bought my condo in December, so I figured since I have a nice balcony now, I'd spring for some nice chairs that would last longer than one season! :beach:

I was thinking, elaborating on Robbin's idea of some sort of challenge-here's what I think: We are all so busy and running in a million directions, wouldn't it be nice if, in addition to whatever other challenges we do, we each challenged ourselves to doing at least one nice/good thing for ourselves each day? :queen: Whether it's a walk, or a few minutes of quiet time with a book, or in my case, manicure/pedicure...the sky's the limit! Be creative and do a little something for yourself- I think we could all do this with little or no pressure...what do you all think?

AndrewsMum 06-20-2006 07:00 AM

hi gals,

tricia oh my gosh i was laughing out loud at the mental picture of your poor daughter. poor thing glad shes ok and it wasnt more serious but the way u told it was sooo funny!:D

tina, yay you're back! i thought u had deserted us now that you're soooo skinny!!!

well ladies i have bad scale news. i finally gave in and weighed, havnt done that for a while. i really didnt think i had been that bad while i was awol but iv done a **** of a lot more damage than i thought, yeah iv eaten badly and done absolutly no exercise but the rate at which weight goes on when its so hard to take it off is just ridiculous. but im not gonna let it get me down, iv done too much of that already. i know wot i need to do, i gotta get off my big butt and work out :( i need to check in here everyday and have u gals motivate me, i cant do this on my own:^:

ELEM-PGF 06-20-2006 07:24 AM

Moning ladies!!!! Another hot sweaty day here in alabama, can't seem to pay someone for rain around here! The grass is crunchy we are so dry!! Anyway, i know about another month or two i will probably be whining because it is so wet. OH well!! I got back on the eliiptical this morning and did my 2 miles in 13 min. So i think now i am going to just do 15 min and seen how far i can get, and then work on increasing the time. I need to get back on watp too but that takes a little longer than the time i have wanted to give lately. Getting new bedroom furniture this weekend so i am cleaning out drawers and will end up re-arranging the whole house before all is said and done! So i am counting some of the excess activity as exercise too!!

Liza Soooo glad to see you here again!!!!! I love the attitude you have right now:carrot: I want to say don't worry about the gain but i know how i would feel, just try to stay focused on the future and how you are going to be so much better 6 mos from now! Hang in there and look forward to seeing you around here more often! Let us help you through it, it really does make a huge difference!

Tina YEAH!! not that you had computer problems but that you are back. I am a pro at figuring worst case scenario and i am so glad that your absence was only computer related!! Keep trucking along and that scale will move. I seem to be hitting another 10 pound plateau so i am with you girl, we will find the fairy fat mother and cage her if we have to!!!! Will she still work if we cut her in half? Just kidding, glad to see you back!

Michelle Bfast with hubby sounds really nice!! What a grown up thing to do! I miss opportunities for alone time with hubby like that. Hope you are doing well and keep up with the exercise and the soreness will fade!
Robbin Okay i love fruit and know that i have that whole ovary image in mind not sure how i feel about it anymore!! great food facts! Love it! I like the mini-challenge idea but have to ponder more on what. Ryanmi's idea was good to, we are never nice to ourselves enough!

Cheryl I am trying to get Amelia to wear her goggles but she jsut doesn't want to do it. She says she can't see with them on. We'll see what happens by the end of the week. I just started the SAM's meat thing. I get a different kind of meat every other week and then repackage it like you said. I cook healthy here by hubby eats out a lot, he works 4-midnight and likes to get out of building for meals, so he makes bad choices there. I am trying to be patient with him but i know i can't push it on him. I just worry so much and hate seeing him feel so bad!

Louie What classes are you taking? Six hours of studying makes me cross eyed just thinking about it!!! You sound like a dedicated student! I was such a muncher when i studied in grad school, bad habit!

Tricia I am still laughing over the hair fire story, too funny!!! Glad it was minor in the big scheme of things! I know what you mean about the 8 year old being hormonal i have wondered if my 6 year old was!!!

Linda We are all about the hot and humid right now! I loved the cat tail fire story, not for the cat but for the laugh! I know what you mean about the looks animals can give you that seem to have such human expression! I know "they" say pets don't have emotions but they have never lived around some of my animals!!

Well girlies gotta run, hope ya'll have a great day and keep on do what you do! Erin

RRVMMM 06-20-2006 09:22 AM

Good Morning Girls. Hope everyone is doing well. I know the food facts weren’t ones that make you want to eat but I thought maybe we could learn something from them. LOL sorry if they were disturbing to anyone.

Well yesterday afternoon turned out pretty interesting. At 3 my daughter called me to say that my 5 year old (wow not anymore he is 6 today) was hurt. I rushed home to a little one with a broken nose. Tina, make sure your daughter never gets the bright idea to have the water sprinkler spraying the trampoline while she jumps on it, water makes it slippery. They had the sprinkler going and he was jumping slipped and hit his face on the frame.

I have had some good chuckles over everyone’s fire stories. However I am happy to report I do not have one to share. Actually that is probably one of the only “accidents” we have never experienced in our house.

Well I better get going, I will be back later for personals.

meowee 06-20-2006 09:30 AM

Good Morning everybody . . . not too much sun today . . . lots of humidity, though . . . oh well, I guess we do have to have Summer. :(

 Michelle . . . breakfast date with hubby sounds wonderful. I'm a breakfast lover, but it is so much nicer to have someone else make it.

 Robbin . . . interesting food facts, especially the McD's use of beef . . . and thanks for reminding me that I've been slacking off with my FFF posting ever since I had the bad round of migraines. Will try to get back in the swing.

 Tina . . . oh wow, do I ever agree with you about the high cost of eating better. As far as I'm concerned there is no excuse for the better stuff always being the more expensive stuff. The law of 'Supply and Demand' can only be stretched so far.

As a fat diabetic, one of my pet peeves is the fact that when manufacturers decide to make a 'reduced fat' product, they tend to throw in more sugar . . . when they decide to make a 'reduced sugar' product, they throw in extra fat. Ice cream is my favourite example . . . just read the cartons . . . I've yet to find one that is 'reduced fat' AND 'reduced sugar'.

 Cheryl . . . wow, ain't it the truth . . . you really don't know what it's like to be snubbed until you live with a cat.

 Ryanmi . . . another great little cat/fire story. Your idea about scheduling "me" time every day is a great one, too.

 Liza . . . aww, gee, girl, you are so right . . . it always seems so much easier to gain weight than it is to lose it . . . but you are also right about the fact that coming here to talk on a regular basis definitely helps . . . together we can do it. YAY, us!!!!

 Erin . . . new furniture is such a great mood lifter, enjoy it. You are so right about not bugging your husband, everybody has to make the decision for themselves, just keep leading by example (and being a little sneaky about what he gets to eat at home is also a step in the right direction).

Since Robbin did some recent Food Facts, I thought I'd do some Fascinating Feline Facts for my FFF today . . .

. . . Cats are born with 'attitude' . . . Cat's know how you feel, they don't care, but they do know . . . Cats don't come when they're called; in fact, they have unlisted numbers . . . Dogs will love you unconditionally; cats will ignore you, unconditionally . . . Dogs have owners; cats have staff . . . The cat is always the one in charge.

Have a good day everybody . . . Keep moving and shaking and heading in that great downward direction. see you soon. :carrot:

meowee 06-20-2006 09:35 AM

Oh, Robbin . . . you sneaked in there while I was composing my FFF's. How terrible about your son's broken nose . . . he will definitely remember turning six. Amazing how they just have to learn things 'the hard way' sometimes.

Louie 06-20-2006 10:06 AM

 ladies !!

Another early morning for me. Just enjoying my morning :coffee: and thought I best check in as I won't have any time this afternoon/evening.

Today I write part 1 of my 2 part exam... a 4 hour multiple choice exam.. and I am going kick some accounting butt !!!!

Meowee ~ I have never had cats.. assuming that you do based on your screen name.. but I can certainly attest to the unconditional love from my dog

Robbin ~ all I can say is OUCH !! I have never broken anything in my life and I certainly don't think breaking my nose would be where I want to start. Certainly a birthday he won't forget !!

Erin ~ good job on the elliptical and all that furniture moving will definately earn your lots of exercise point. In answer to your question about studying.. I am writing the national exams to achieve an accounting designation. So yes, lots of studying and dedication !!

Liza ~ darn scale !! But no worries, it sounds like you are back on track and we are here to help you

Ryanmi ~ lucky girl.. a manicure and pedicure... love them !! Your patio furniture sounds nice and makes me think that I should get some!! Your idea about doing something special for yourself once a day is a great one..and I will certainly try to incorporate that into my daily plans.

Cheryl ~ glad that you got your cut of the winnings, those car restoration projects can definately empty a wallet pretty quickly !!

Tina ~ welcome back to the cyber world !! Nice to meet you :)

Michelle ~ love love love going out for breakfast. Hubby and I try to go out often together, even if it is just for coffee. Glad to hear that you had a good weekend and that you are enjoying some nice weather.

Hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday and I will TTYS :D

royalsfan1 06-20-2006 10:17 AM

Good morning, girls!

I'm starting off really slowly this morning...just can't seem to get motivated to do anything around this house! Did manage to wipe down my bathroom but then got lured away by the call of my computer. haha

My husband just called and said he was out looking at eliptical machines (my birthday present!)...wanted to know if he could pick one or if I prefered to do it. I told him if he found one he liked...buy it! I'm so excited!!! Although, now I'll have to quit saying "I haven't added excercise into my dieting, yet."

Michelle I am so jealous of your Oregon weather!!! My mom lives near Seattle and she calls talking about how cool it is...and here I am positively baking in Tennessee!!!

Robbin Your poor little guy! I've heard that broken noses hurt so badly! Glad I don't have any firsthand experience on it, though. However, if anyone ever needs to know how badly a broken tailbone hurts, I'm the one to ask...I've had 2! OUCH! Oh, and thanks for the fruit ovary fact. Reminds me of my best friend telling me that everytime I ate an egg I was eating a chicken period. EWWWW

Tina Glad to finally "meet" the elusive Tina. This seems like a great group of friends you have here. Hope you don't mind sharing?

Cheryl I just LOVE cat attitude. We're getting a new kitty next week. My friend has a friend who has a cat that requires more attention than she can give him. Exactly what I want...a full grown, fully trained LAP KITTY!

Ryanmi I love the be nice to yourself challenge. I have started just doing something as simple as lotion twice a day...and my skin is so soft and wonderful...I love it!

Liza I know you're disappointed about the weight gain...we ALL know exactly how that feels! I'm sure you'll just jump back in and start again. Chin up, chick!

Elem So you do an eliptical workout? Do you like it? I'm getting one for my birthday and I can't wait! Don't you just love new furniture? We bought a new house in February and got new furniture to go with it. It's been SO much fun!

Linda LOVE the cat facts! Hilarious...and SO true!

Have a great day, everyone...I'm off to start some laundry!

Tricia

AndrewsMum 06-20-2006 02:52 PM

thanks for the kind words, but to be honest it feels like im back at square one and all the hard work in the last few months was for nothing. no no no get negative head off, the hard work was not for nothing i proved to myself that when i put my mind to it i can do it. and heck im still down a size:smug:

robbin oh my gosh your poor son hope he's ok:hug:
tricia i have a treadmill and air walker, would love to have an entire gym in my living room lol have fun on your eliptical.

well iv done good so far on food but exercise i really am back to square one on. i'm back to being ready to collapse after a 2minute work out:o gonna have to start slow and build up i think.:(

LadyLai 06-20-2006 04:38 PM

Happy Tuesday!

Good Afternoon ladies! Hope you're found well this day! I'm doing everything on target so far. Been doing some running around here and there and I finally found time to sit down and check in. Luckily, I'm still able to..;) !

Cheryl, thanks for the hug! :) The one thing that bugs me more than when my pc gives me trouble is the fact that I'm not able to fix it half the time!

Ryanmi, you look great. It's nice to see you're beautiful face! Thanks for the welcome back. BTW - I'm going to reward myself with a pedicure in about 3 weeks! Can't wait!

Liza, nice to see you too! Don't worry my dear...I don't think I would ever be able to call myself too skinny! LOL! You've got the right attitude to get up and take the scale blow with determination to change it. I know that it feels so disheartening but you must focus on the positive. You are going to be a healthier person by making this step to a better you.

Erin, you're making me want an eliptical so bad! 2miles in 13mins! I do 1.75 miles in 30mins on the treadmill. I can't even imagine what I'd do in 30 minutes on an eliptical (if I'd last that long! :D) I don't know about you, but I'm out shopping for a cage already. Can't seem to find one with holes small enough to contain that fairy!

Robin, yikes! So sorry to hear of your sons nose. That had to be the worst pain. I'm pretty cautious of my daughter jumping on the trampoline. She has her rules about it and she seems to be pretty good at following them. Her cousins came on Sunday and my nephew (9) couldn't seem to comprehend the point of not jumping too high with the girls on it (my DD - 4, and neice - 3). He was bouncing them around like rag dolls and before I could get down there Alyssa's knee bumped her nose and I had a heck of a nose bleed to deal with. I was worried that she had broken it aswell.

Linda, don't get me started on the politics of the whole thing! I could lose my composure....LOL! I was watching a documentry about the chemicals they put in foods that actually make you feel hungry shortly after consumption. The whole diet industry is nothing but a money making market...it's just sick that nobody cares about anothers well being honestly. Here I give you cheap food to make you fat and then you spend millions to trying to get rid of it. Sheesh!

Louie, good luck on your exams. My husband is an accountant, I know how difficult it is to get your degree. Mind if I ask what part of Canada your from? It's nice to meet you too! :)

Tricia, the computer calls me a little too often too! Sometimes I can't help popping in to see what's going on. Mind you, I couldn't log in at all last week...so my house in is fairly good shape...for now! LOL! And of course I don't mind sharing these awesome ladies. The more the merrier!

It was a gorgeous hot day. Even had a picnic in the park for lunch and now I gotta run to close the windows...seems the threat of a storm is nearby! I'll check back later!

TTFN!
~Tina

ELEM-PGF 06-20-2006 04:49 PM

HOWDY ladies, i am getting an afternoon post here, playing with tina's old suggestion of using notes to do my personals and then cut and paste. Taken me a little to figure it out, but i think i got it! Having a day where i want to eat everything in the house. So far only had 2 sugar free ice cream treats. Hopefully i will be able to get myself under control soon! Lots of work to do so hopefully that will distract me!

LIZA - square one is one square closer than what you were before you started again!!!! You're right get the negative head off!!! Any step in a positive direction is a good thing. All the work you've done is not for naught!!!!! Like you said it just gives you the confidence that you can do it!!! Stay strong. GOOD JOB on the 2 minutes of exercise. That's two minutes that you didn't do yesterday!!! Keep it up

TRICIA - I have to be moving today but i really don't want to be!! I love my elliptical machine. I was on the treadmill at my mom's and i really realized how much i like my elliptical. It is so much more comfortable on my legs and i get 2 miles done in less than 15 min. Time is of the essence for me! I love new furniture whe i t is here and all set up, this getting ready stuff is for the birds!!! I am not good at limbo and i am having to "temporarily" put things here and there and that drives me nuts. I just want it all settled. But i love the idea of getting it here! I feel like such a grown up with all matching furniture!

LOUIE - okay you'll have to forgive me I'm a little slow, so are you taking the exam or writing it for someone else to take? Bless you either way, i do not do well with essay tests, i am too wordy as it is and tend to talk myself into more trouble than i help with that kind of test.

LINDA - I know what you mean about the fat sugar thing in the foods. It will make you insane! I am not diabetic yet but insulin resistance and am doing the no sugar low carb thing. I am amazed at how tricky the food market is!! Such as listing sugar as dextrose or sucrose so you may not think you are getting sugar. AGHHH. Anyway now that i know what to look for i am a maniac about it. trying to lighten up for the sake of those around me but i need to be strict for me. I was able to start a little conversation with hubby about eating today and he gave me the "I don't have a choice rationale". I had to let it go so i don't say things i regret!

Robbin - HOLY COW, your crew does like to keep life exciting don't they!! OWIE, did you have to do the whole emergency room thing? Yeah wet rubber can get you in a lot of trouble!! Hope he is healing well and there are no new incidents for a while!!!

well ladies, got a 6 year old begging for my attention so gonna have to run! Talk to you soon! Erin

ELEM-PGF 06-20-2006 04:51 PM

tina you must have been posting when i was - maybe we need to just put her in a garbage bag so she can't get away!! I really think the elliptical is a harder cardio work out but much less stress on my joints, research still says treadmill is the best for conditioning though, so you keep at it!

meowee 06-20-2006 06:16 PM

Hello again . . . just wanted to pop in before dinner, because I'm hungry and I don't want to eat too early because then I only get hungry again, etcetera, etcetera. I think you all probably know that routine.

Liza . . . Absolutely right . . . look at what you've learned and getting back on track is the biggest and most important step you could take. Once you've taken a little tumble, it is so easy to say to the  with it. We are all here when you need to talk. Go, girl, go . . . I'm impressed with your fantastic attitude.

Tina . . . Maybe there is a magic solution out there but the food manufacturing and weight-loss industries are blocking it from ever becoming available. In the meantime, guess we just have to keep doing it the hard way. At least we can come here and know that the support is real and not just people trying to get their hands into your pockets by sounding nice.

Erin . . . As much as it would be great to be able to cage up the fairy-fat-mother, it's probably not a good idea . . . she'd probably resent it and withhold her favours completely. :o BTW, you are so much on the right track; losing the weight is the best thing you can do to avoid becoming more than 'insulin resistant'.

Well, that got me closer to dinner time. ;) Feel like it's now safe to go down to the kitchen. Have a great evening, girls. Keep doing all the right stuff and the rewards are sure to follow. Here's some extra :dust: :dust: for all of us. I know I really need it. See you tomorrow. :carrot:

Cheryl120 06-20-2006 09:02 PM

Hi Gang...Things are starting to calm down and I'm not so stressed. Did good with my eating and got my walking in today. Room stills smells horrible and it takes everything I have to be able to go in, but I have to work on my quilt. Put more cleaner on the carpet today, so maybe tomorrow it won't be as bad. Tomorrow is WW, so will let you know what the scales have to say.

Michelle...We will have the FD's for 4 years if I last that long. I would like to quit, been a foster parent for 6 1/2 years. Glad you had a nice breakfast date with your hubby. Have you ever gone to 6 Flags in Washington? We are thinking about going in July.

Robbin...Awwww Robbin, so sorry to hear your little guy broke his nose. My son was about that age when he hit the curb riding his hot wheel and hit his nose/forehead. He looked like The Increddible Hulk for weeks. Had a hair line skull facture and so lucky it wasn't worse.

Tina...I sure agree with you! Anything that is healthy for you to eat, cost more. Doesn't make sense nor fair.

Ryanmi...Love your cat/fire story. My cat Friskie, lost one side of his whiskers, but not to fire. They froze and broke off. He looked so funny and it took forever for them to grow back.

Liza...We are here for you! You can do this! Just take each day, each meal as it comes. Try to pre-plan your meals/snacks if you can.

Erin...Will your hubby eat a packed lunch of left overs? My hubby does that sometimes, and it helps keep his blood sugars stable. I still use a lot of my old recipes, but subsitute FF products if I can, except for chesse. FF cheese does not melt very well. They never know they are eating low fat unless he see's the cookbook out.

Have a good evening and I'll see you tomorrow.

Cheryl

LadyLai 06-20-2006 11:43 PM

popping in..

ust popping in before settling down for the night.

Erin, I tell ya writing in notepad while going through the posts saves a lot time and grief. Glad you're figuring it out! Everytime I've tested an eliptical in the store I don't think I could last 5 minutes let alone 30! LOL! You're doing so good girl..keep up the awesome effort!

Linda, yes..at least they can't charge us for getting support from our dear friends as we're trying to undo all the wrong on and in our bodies. I was talking with mom this weekend and saying that I don't remember ever getting taught about healthy and unhealthy foods growing up. We were raised to clean our plates and have a full belly. The old saying...eat up and you'll grow big and strong was always ringing through our ears. I asked her why and she said that's the way it was done in her home too. Never been so much talk about what's wrong and right. What's in this and that. But I do have to blame the industry and our generation too..I'm only 28 but I do remember that the health craze didn't become so popular till not so long ago. It's become so easy to eat so wrong. I'm glad I've realized this and trying to put an end to it now in my life, to better me and to better my daughters future.

Cheryl, I commend you girl!! My aunt is a foster mother. She has five kids in her home now, ranging from 12 to 3 mos. Two of her own. She has to document everything! Her days are on a rigid schedule and dealing with the odd out bursts are not the easiest to deal with. Let alone dealing with older ones that come with attitudes and problems have got to take the nerves of steal! You're doing a thankless job, and I have the utmost respect for you. These poor kids really need more people to care and offer guidance. Salute! Good going getting your walking fitted in today!

Well I guess I better get going. Have a great rest ladies and see you in the A.M.!

TTFN!

Helllloooo Ladies !!

Hump day.. we made it and that means that we are on the downhill slide to the weekend.. YAHOO !! I made it through day 1 of exams, so 2 more to go then I can kick my heals up and relax.

Tricia ~ when is your birthday ?? Sounds like hubby is getting you a great gift !! I have to say that I have never tried an elliptical, but I am sure my day will come. I am planning on joining a gym in the next few weeks as I need to get this body moving :carrot:

Liza ~ sounds like you are in a good head space and YOU CAN DO IT !!

Tina ~ thanks for the well wishes on the exams !! Sounds like you are having a very productive day and even got in a picnic.. good for you !! As for where I live I am on the island in B.C. .. born and raised here.

Erin ~ no apologies necessary ! I am studying to become a CMA (certified management accountant) and as part of the certification I have to write a national exam (candidates all across Canada write the same exam over a 3 day period). Tuesday's exam was a 4 hour multiple choice test and then on Thursday I have to write a business case in 4 hours based on information that they provide on a company. Phew.. just makes me tired writing about it ;)

Meowee ~ hope you had a good evening ! I see that you post on the crafters page.. what sorts of crafts do you do ??

Cheryl ~ good for you for staying on program and getting your walk in. I am sure you will do awesome at your weigh in !!!

Okay who have I missed... Robbin, Michelle, Ryanmi, TeaHoney..ummm :?: Hope you are all having a great day !!

Well I best skedaddle and get on with things.. Cheerio !!
