Memorial day is when we recognize our fallen soldiers who died so we can live free.
My good morning yesterday turned into a great evening! I am really "sticking with it"
I LOVE THIS DIET!!

Now I realize that this is just week one and that's really the easiest week to lose the most but for me its not the "losing weight" that got me the first week its always the dread that I have knowing I must do this another week.

That's why I never make it.
But this weeks been great. I have all of you

(group hug) and I can eat whatever I want at least once a day.
My goal is to lose 2-3 pounds a week. But I wanted to shed 10 pounds by Memorial day first. To give me a boost. For me I lose most weight (4-7 pounds) the first week because of water. I'm not usally on the diet by the second week!
According to this book, its like your mind is tricking your body. That's okay for me because for years my body has been tricking my mind into believing I am a size 8.
