i lost 3 pounds last week - twice my goal! - and have a new job that keeps me busy a few days a week in the theater. if i come home feeling gross and sweaty, i must have been doing something good, right?
i have a question for you People Who Know Things About Diets.. what is a normal/healthy daily calorie intake? i've started tracking what i eat and some days i'm under 1000Cals. i thought i read somewhere on here that you're supposed to get an absolute minimum of 1200Cals per day, is that correct? it's not even like i'm on some official regimented plan, i'm just making sure i make good choices and staying away from mindless grazing.. am i on solid ground here?
