Maybe I should just keep repeating to myself: Not unless I'm hungry and then only water.


I did start on Monday but the first of the week didn't go so well so I jumped back on the wagon today. So far so good. My evenings are the worst.

. Haven't made time for exercise today but tomorrow morning I am golfing - that's 18 holes of walking and swinging - should earn me some activity points! Oh forgot to mention that i rejoined WW last week so keep your fingers crossed that I can stay on points and get activity points as well!
, I sed i wouldnt go on the scales for at least two weeks, but hey nevermind just 14lbs left to go before i hit my target weight and ive got just over a month to do it in. 
Whatever I did, I want to do again and again until these last 33 pounds drop off.
Who knows!
Look at it this way. You have kept 15 pounds off for almost 7 months! That is awesome and nothing to get discouraged about.
