So is it an easy plan to follow? How much weight did you lose on it? I tried the Sonoma diet..I think we are eating healthier but I haven't lost any since my 10 lb loss of switching from coke to water. My body is reshaping with the exercise but I need to do something more--still can't get my goal 1-size 16 Levi jeans buttonned and my goal 2 - size 12 jean skirt is still hanging in the closet crying silently........

Umm you know girls , I was thinking, I am really full right now, I don't think I should have had my lunch for breakfast, there doesn't seem to be enough room for it. I think I will have my dinner for dinner, and tomorrow I will have my breakfast for breakfast and my lunch for lunch. I think that's the more sensible thing to do , because I was thinking if I had done that today, I wouldn't be so full , but you know I didn't have any breakfast so in reality I should have had twice as much room, but it didn't seem to work out that way. Any who just a little FYI for anyone who cares ,something to discuss over

I would love to have my dinner for breakfast and lunch. I love dinner.
I am munching on carrots and gabster and I stopped at Freddies this morning. I picked up low fat cottage cheese, frozen veggies and turkey for lunch. yum, yum.......
Angie did awesome on BFL. I think it is a weight lifting thing. I got as far as buying the book. lol
I did look at shoes and picked out these Reebok princess style ones for $43 but they didn't have any in 9 1/2 so I have to look at another store. We are getting there!!! woo hoo *roll eyes*.
anyway, back to work!

dinner for breakfast brought back a memory.... many, many years ago two of my co-workers at my first job back after kids both lost alot of weight--my manager went on the "rotation diet" and lost 100+ lbs--went from a size 24 to a 10 and still maintains a 12 almost 15 years later and the other coworker went on a diet where she at dinner for breakfast and ate oatmeal or a bowl of cereal for dinner before 7:00 at night. After 7:00 she had nothing but water and she lost quite a bit of weight too--I want to say 50 lbs
--maybe you girls are on to something!! I wonder what ever happened to the weight loss guru of the time Susan Powter(sp???)
