I didn't lose anything this week. I've started doing the WATP videos and have noticed a lot of muscle building up. Hopefully it's fat loss and muscle gain.

Wishing You The Best

Sunny and mild again . . . oh, when will it all end . . . please not soon, I hope.

Wendy . . . Sorry to hear that your scale burped. Just keep doing the good stuff and you'll whip back into shape in no time.

Robsia . . . Wonderful . . . being able to eat pie and still lose . . . great going, girl.

Flame . . . Good for you, too. Sounds like you've been doing the right stuff, too.

Denise . . . Might be water. Apparently when you stress your muscles, they retain a little water for a day or two. Whatever it is, it will probably be temporary.

Keep it up, gang . . . See you all soon.

I'm here!

I'm halfway on my Easter goal now!! Which is exactly where I should be according to Nutridiary! It's nicer to be ahead but better than being behind!

Well, looks like I'm getting sick again WHAAA! I'm still not over the one I got a month ago and here I am getting a really sore throat. WHAA WHAA! Although last time I was sick I lost 6lbs in a week that was nice, but not the right way to lose it!

Good Morning . . . the sun is shining again . . .

Nothing too exciting around here today . . . so sorry you're feeling under par, Wendy, hope everything will soon be better. Oh, Robsia, you are such a mover and shaker, I'm sure you'll be ahead of schedule again before long.

Here's a nice big for everybody . . . see you all later. Keep doing the good stuff.

Eight by Easter...maybe six for me. Had three bad days in a row with food, but I did work out. As for everyone else...great job. I am so happy that you are able to control yourself. I am getting back on the bandwagon today so wish me luck!

Hi Ladies,

Wendy and Flame...Whooo Hooo on your pounds loss.

Robsia...Halfway to your Easter goal...I'm jealous...LOL

Angela...A Great Big Welcome to you!!

Well it's taken me all week to get the 4lbs I gained when TOM paid me a visit. I'm finally back 338 and it has been a stuggle. Yesterday, my DH and I went to Fargo to do our monthly shopping. Had lunch at KFC. Usually this would be an all out pig fest for me but, with my DH help, I had a small serving of cole slaw, mash potatoes w/gravy, biscuit and a chicken breast. I should of removed the chicken skin, but didn't. Counted all my points and stayed within what I was alloted for the day. I felt satisified and not deprived.

Have a good one ladies.

Cheryl

Cheryl glad that you got to eat what you wanted and stayed it your points. Bet it was yummy! As for me, I went shopping yesterday and bought all my healthy fruits and veggies for the week. Can't wait til the pears are ripe. Well, the weekends almost over...you can do it!

Hello out there . . . Atlantic Canada is chilly, windy, rainy . . . guess the sun cannot shine all the time. Hopefully it will be back soon.

Nothing too exciting going on around here but I seem to be keeping very busy at it. Sometimes I just don't know where the time gets to.

Anyway, everybody keep it going on, and we'll check back soon.

Got myself a helmet today for my bike - so I packed the dog into the basket on the front (chihuahua) and we took off. My thighs are so mad at me now, but I don't care So now I am off to nap it off - exercise is exhausting.

Lost two pounds this week so I am halfway to eight! YEAH! Didn't think I'd loose this week, but the exercise helped.

Good Morning . . . at least I think it's morning . . . it's so dull it's a little hard to tell. Besides that, I have a difficult time adapting to time changes, anyway and I just finished posting a long rant about it in another thread so I'll spare you the details here.

Zzzzzzz . . . think I'll go have a nap, or something. Have a great day, gang. See you soon and hopefully I'll be adjusted to DST by then. Believe me, I have even more trouble going back to ST in the fall.

Morning Ladies,

Congrats to those who had a loss for the week. Whooo Hooo for you!!!

I'm hoping for a nice loss on Wednesday since I loss the water weight gain. I did good yesterday, got my exercising in with Richard and I made good food choices and kept within my points. Today, I'm going walking since we are going to be 60 and sunny.
