Good Morning, everybody . . . I'm pretty sure I know what day it is . . . and maybe even the time. The sun is shining but it is not exactly warm out. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to settle for what we've got.

Once again, nothing is too exciting around here although it looks like I'll be going back to work for a bit . . . this, "please do a special project for us" stuff happens a couple of times a year. . . someday I'll really get to retire, I hope. Hey keeps me off the streets.

Anyway, gang. Keep moving and shaking and heading downward and we'll see you all soon.

Had a rough weekend and gained, but the scale showed improvement today. Wont change my ticker back down quite yet, but I'm back on track.

Keep working hard. Less than 2 weeks to get this goal!

I ate like a pig this weekend too. I really need your best tips on how to do good when you really want to be bad.

Tim Hortons new carmel apple fritter and chocolate carmel donut - so good and SOO BAD. I am back at the gym like crazy this week and eating well. Hope I can get to the goal. How are you all doing????

YES!!

Dropped down to 179.9 this morning! It was nice to see that 7 there, even if it is only barely. Only 0.9 to go till my Easter goal!!

Well done to all those who lost and to everyone else - there's plenty of time yet!!!

Wow . . . after expecting the worst, did I ever get a pleasant surprise this morning. I got to move my little 'running-cat-slider' downward by 3 pounds. Kind of makes up for the cool, rainy morning we are having. Forecast is calling for some sun later on and a high of 10 (50). We'll just have to wait and see.

Have a great day, gang. I hope you all get some kind of pleasant surprise today.

Today is definitely not up to yesterday's happy level . . . I'm not feeling at all well. Hope the rest of you are doing OK, wherever you are. See you soon. gang.

meowee...hope you are feeling better.
Okay, so I've lost four pounds total so far. If I loose two more this week and two next week, I'll have done it. My new Richard Simmons tape is awesome. lots and lots of fun!

Hi guys-I am feeling better so started back on my exercising and trying to be healthy all around. My weight is spastic at the moment but I'm still hoping I can make this goal Today it said 133. That means I've gotta drop 4 more. That is doable if I buckle down.

Robsia-you are awesome!!

Good luck to everyone!

I like the mile challenge on the bike!! After Easter I am going to set a workout goal instead of weight loss because I am pretty steady in weight right now as muscle builds and fat drops.

flamejob-If you're a biker, join us down in the exercise thread. We've only just started and I know a few haven't logged any miles yet due to weather. We're allowing for stationary bike mileage also. Unfortunately I don't know how to get mileage from my spinning class.

Just got back from Thai food with friends - I got the "WOW you look great". I like hearing it, but don't believe it - I still look the same in the mirror to me! Ate a nice healthy meal tonight and have a FUN FILLED DAY of manual labour for mom to get the property ready for spring. I am going to sleep in Sunday. Have a good weekend ALL!!!

Hello everybody . . . I'm feeling almost human again . . . still a little fuzzy around the edges but definitely an improvement from a few days ago. Temperature seems to be normal and I've stopped eating every carb I could get my hands on (result of the fever demanding to be fed).

Hope everyone else is doing well . . . wherever you are. Keep moving and shaking and heading in that great downward direction, gang. See you again soon.

Weigh in later today. I think I need to move weigh in to NOT be on Monday. I'll be back with the results later. Pray for me.
