I'm up 1/2 a pound too. Dh wanted to order pizza last night and I guess I over did it a little. Going to up the exercise and see if I can still get that one pound off by Monday......Can't give up yet ladies:carrot:

hey lorra!
dont sweat it its just water from the salt in the pizza.....thats why i gain every weekend too bc i eat pizza on sunday nights. you didnt od it unless you had more than 2. did you? do you blot the grease first? it lowers the pt value. btw: 2 sl=12 points

I didn't blot ..will remember that next time. It was thin crust and I had six small squares I found a points for restaurants site and figure out it to be 5 points per 1/8 of a pizza so 15 for everything....WOW thats a lot I know but I didn't blow it to bad last night.

good for you lorra yeah i 1x read that blotting it dry cuts 5-10g fat off per slice. tonight i will have some. might go to pizza hut so theres no leftovers(personal size)
im so sick of this rain!

Tara- :lol: I would say fit a small workout in whenever you can if finding time to go to the gym is a problem. Maybe take the baby for a walk....if you do it before naptime you bring home a sleeping baby.

mornin ladies!

how goes it? my weekend was ok it rained all weekend and its raining today...yuck. im up 1/2 too im shocked it wasnt more bc i didnt work out nearly as much. am hoping i wont yo-yo this week the way i did last week. i still cant figure out why. it was like no weekend gain, dn 3/4, up 1/2 dn, up, dn.

tara- you can balance it i know you can! lorra gave great suggestions. i guess ill be swimmin indoors again tonight.
lorra, new week new 1 lb challenge go for it!

We've been getting a lot of rain this week as well Andrea. We have a hurricane coming for us too:eek: My inlaws are flying out Friday for Ohio..well I should say trying to fly out Friday if their plane isn't cancelled

Friday is when we are supposed to start getting the affects of the storm. If you guys don't hear from me for a while after it's probably because our power is out....and could be a week or two before they fix it.

I am still here, I am just adjusting to working all the time. I enjoy my job, I am learning alot, The college semester starts next week, and I have no idea how I wilol survive!!!!!!
I am at 202 even this am, so not bad!!!!

How wonderful you all are doing. I feel llike I have abandoned you two and our work, I need to adjust to this and get moving. I am trying to get a pedaler or a pusher, you know one of the things that you can do under your desk, do you think that will help???I am going crazy, there is not enough time in my day!!! I am working in the town I live in this week so I can make it to the gym 4 times, versus 1!!!!!
Can I get you to repost the core list , I think maybe it might work for df... How is that, you eat as much as you want off the list? Anything can get eaten with anything else???

I need to get my butt back on the straight and narrow. Need to get shopping I'm not eating as good as I should be. This post helps alot ... need to make sure I come here at least once a day. This week will be a stressful one I have my niece and nephew pretty much all day (8am-9:30pm) until next monday...Love them to death but THEY DON'T LISTEN. Which I'm not the mom so I can't correct that just have to handle it as best as I can ...wish me luck:eek:

hi tara!!! we miss you but we understand:) it can be hard to ajust... ill mail you that info...eating is until comfy full....not all you can eat, big diff:) anything may be combined but certain things are only 1x a day and cereal must be eaten w skim milk.

Just EARRINGS I hope your getting something else for all that hard work :yes:

I'm up two pounds but I know it will come off quick once I start drinking more water. I need to get those two pounds off quickly so I'm not back tracking. Not sure what kind of exercise I can do this week with the kids...I will think of something;) Our Storm never turned into a hurricane....it was still a TS when it hit. School was canceled most everyone had the day off. Well everyone but retail most stores stayed open. That was night I got off track ..we thought our power would go out so we started our Hurricane party off eat all you can before it has to be tossed. Haven't been completely off track but I can do so much better.

dont worry: actually the truth is i bought a new watch yest @ kmart plus a few shirts besides the earrings and i almost bought another pair today but i cant wear posts.

i give myself a reward for every 10 lbs. plus i bought a subs. to first mag as a reward for the 1st 10.

tara are you still on cinnamon caps? i started taking carnitine and cayenne and i ordered q10, and an amino acid complex.

You guys were the ones that were talking about cinnamon. I was taking them (caps) for a while ...really not sure why I stopped but I heard it was also good for PCOS helps with the sugar somehow. I should start taking it again have a whole bottle full.

lol lorra! nah they do fit its just the way the heel is constructed. we called and we may or may not go today it depends on what freakin time my sisters hme depot guy comes to fix her door so for now we have to play it by ear.

Hey you guys, I was doing cinnamon, but only in my coffee, I didnt take any tablets. Hey if it works go for it. I was naughty yesterday, my moms birthday, took her to friendlys.......yadayada, not steppin on the scale this morning!!!!!
But I am gettting to the gym 4 times this week and am trying to get a walk exercise thing in off the tv on demand, of course I have 4 chapteres and 4 essays due tomorrow, so who knows.

Haven't made it to the scale yet to weigh in but my mother in laws scale showed me back at 238...hopefully mine is as friendly. I took one cinnamon cap yesterday. The bottle says two but I will work my way up to that....will let you two know how it goes.

Tara- Way to go getting to the gym this week. I can't wait to be able to go again.

Andrea- Glad to hear the braces will work for you this time. Congrats on the book. I didn't know they had a contest like that.

hey guys yest was really really stressful. im so tired bc when im that stressed it physically wipes me out. had a 'whoosh' this morning....dn 2 lbs. i only pray that it does stay. it may not bc i accidentally starved it off. yest was so busy that lunch as super duper late and i found myself on babysitting duty @ the last minute so didnt eat dinner so i had very little to eat.

Down two pounds too for the same reason...... don't get to much time to do much of ANTHING....don't want to eat kid friendly foods bc of all the fat. Still not a loss though as that was the two I gained ....Hoping I lose another so I can record a loss for the week. Come on 237:carrot:

hey lorra! whats up? enjoy youre lid free time! im much more relaxed today so thats good. inm just chillin out i just put my braces on i wanna see how long i can tolerate them. the shoes went on w/o much of a fight. got a good deal too but i look like bigfoot cuz theyre heavy and they also are technically bigger than i need but the stupid store...a specialty shop, didnt carry any other velcro except one and i hated it so i went w 1 size larger than i really need but the brace takes up alotta space so not too bad.

heres to you losing one lb for the week! for themoment, my 2 puts me at a 1.6 loss for the week so we will see
