t im sorry about the scale. i maintained a little portion control on the doritoes yesterday so thats a start. meetings can be good. id love to go but im selfish i dont wanna get up at 7 am to go to go to one. |

I missed you too T...feels good to be back with you two:hug: How much is curves ? I went once but I forgot how much it was a month. Around 45 right? That is a good place to start to get back into shape but I when you out grow it I hate having the year contract to deal with. I ran into that last time. That is a good deal how does it work A ? I'm not sure which way I want to go. I can't do both meeting and a gym. Yesterday I went 11 points over but thats okay that is what flex is for right? Lost half a pound so I think I'm okay. Today I had some chocolate but I am shooting for a low point dinner. |

wtg on that loss girl!:) i wouldnt recomment ww online its not worth it. the online tools aerent very reliable since the changes in dec. id do whatever seems to be your weakest area, food or exercise. for m,e if i can get the food thing happening im more likely to exercise. i drank alot of water today and did ok w my doritoes again but as usual ate pbj for breakfast and im wanting ice cream tonight. oh well. baby steps. im hopin to be fully on by monday. heres a good snack: ff sour cream and lipton soup mix w sponmgebob baby carrots. i dunno why but theyr different-theyre crunchy outside and wet and juicy inside! |
I tried WW online before and didn't like it. I remember posting a ? about points and they were rude and basically said find it yourself.... I was like geezee why am I paying for this again?
Went a little over board with the chocolate ..shouldn't have bought it but I did so now I have to deal with it. Dinner was low points and I still used 7 flex points.....tomorrow is another day. |
With my trip to curves giving me activity points i came in with 2 points left over yesterday, but i woke hungry in the middle of the night and couldnt get back to sleep so had a half a sandwich and back to bed. the scale likes me a little better today than yesterday, auntie f got me up to 216.7 and today 214.8!!!! its a start!!!!

Well A for the weakness it starts out being the food then once I get a handle on that then exercising is the weakness. I'm just going to play it by ear. I will wait and see my body will tell me which I need. If i can save the money and not go at all thats fine to...we shall see. Right now I'm okay cause it's a new thing again in a month or so it will be easier to choose i'm sure I only used the WW boards because I was paying for it. Don't think I would go back now that I am not.... No thanks! Your hormones could be a bit off. Don't worry to much she will come. Maybe the change in syn dose is what is causing her to show a bit later. T way to go..... We are both down two pounds :exercise: |

lorra good luck figuring iot out.... i know its not easy.... heheh. af finally came i wasntb too worrieed just annoyed. i was only on the slight increase for a week or so i quit bc i couldnt hack the headaches. my temp is dropping bk ppretty fastr so im attempting a tyrosine&selenium combo along w the small bit of hormone.b the t4 supplement is on back order so ill see how this works. not a good food day but i drank a ton of water. |
yep, i fell off the wagon yesterday, fortunately i am out of biscotti havent weighed in yet, hopefully not too bad. back on today.

Down another half a pound :D Did pretty good last night. Didn't keep points but I don't think I went over. I will find out today. I got to go shopping and I'm a little scared to do so. There is no snacks in this house (other than the chocolate) and that has made it easier to stay on track for the most part. I eat when I'm bored and with all those snacks back it the house is going to be hard.
T, dust yourself off and get back on... Way to go jumping right back on track :) A, Tell me about it... those people are really rude. Oh no if someone asks a question that most of the board knows....They have WW threads on here think I will stick to those. AF finally decided to show huh? She will be gone in no time and when you do start WW it should be easier to stay on track with the end of her only around. |

Well I didn't get fruit like I should have...I was trying to get in and get out and remember everything we needed. I did get some WW yogurt 1 point and a couple frozen smart one dinners. That should hold me over a couple days. I don't like sour cream but will eat the carrots plain ;)

Also I was desperate at work the other day and dipped mini carrots in yogurt, it was pretty good.
I posted in yesterday and it didnt stick, anyway, i am down to 213!!!!!! I am on an orange kick, every day with lunch. Also make some chili its great for wl!!!!!!!!! T |

wtg t!!:) t, try mixin some lipton soup mix in it its great for flavor and very low point. oranges are awesome. i put one in every batch of crystal light orange i make its a great sub for oj in the mornin. |
Yesterday was a bad day....I so over ate. I had nothing to do and ate for something to do. I'm back OP today and will stay that way. Didn't WI but will tomorrow morning so that a gain doesn't mess up today too.
I will give the yogurt a try when I go shopping again. A, did ya get any shopping done yet? |

its awesome that you jumped right back though!:) i have that same problem....thats why i need to keep nothing bad in the hse cuz if it aint there i cant eat it! im planning tomm as shopping day but last few days have been better than they have been so its a start. |
Today was a so so day. I didn't do to bad but I'm not expecting a loss. I'm going to take the dog for a long walk tomm... so I hope that helps me not see a gain or even help me lose depending on how much damage I did yesterday :(
I wish I would have got a few more healthy snacks for the house but spent a little to much time shopping for non food items that by the time I checked the time I was rushing.... I hate rushing LOL! This week is Spring break for DD ... I have to find things for her to do so shes not stuck in the house so other than a few stops to eat out I should be okay with keeping myself busy. You have been doing good even without having the right foods A. You will really be a roll when you do get better food in the house. I bet you can't wait until summer so you can start swimming huh? I remember last summer you were out almost everyday. |

talking about A swimming last summer reminded me to check when we started this group. This group was started on Jan 29th 2006 ..we've been here for over a year...Doesn't seem like that long does it? None of us have made our goals though :( We need to speed it up so that next year we are all showing off thinner bods :lol: |
Well hello ladies, you all have been very active here, that is GREAT!!!!!!!! Of course my other half is a computer hog so I never get on except in teh morning or while he is at work.
Yesterday was out to breakfast w/ mom who has broken yet 2 more bones. I had banana stuffed crepes, pretty good and then spent an hour out in the yard moving snow around hoping to help my mud pit go away sooner!!!! 213.1 this am, up an ounce, but thats not too bad, Great day to you two and dh is at work so I will check back in!!! I just made the best thing!!!! A box of spice cake w/ can of pumpkin, lots of extra cinnamon, some extra nutmeg and some raisins!!!!!!! YUM!!! The baby is loving them also. I made them into cookies and they are soft like cake and flavorful and very low in fat!!! T |

I'm up 3 pounds...that really really sucks. half a pound more than when i started.....Oh well will have to step it up...I guess.

T, Really not sure haven't been keeping track of it. I'm irregular anyway so it could be anywhere. Do have some good news though....down to 244.5 YAY! Thats a pound and a half up from last week. If I could lose another 2 pounds this week I will be happy ...then there will actually be a loss. I hate that it is soo freakin easy for me to gain....No more eating cause I'm bored. Weekends are hard too since Dh & DD are home and they snack whenever...and sometimes Dh makes breakfast and if I don't eat it his feelings get hurt. I CAN DO THIS THOUGH.....KEEP GOING KEEP GOING HAVE TO KEEP GOING :D

They know A..I don't expect them to change anything because of me. If i have my head into it I can get past these bumps in the road. Went shopping again and bought fruit and salads. Sugar free drink mixes too. Oh yea and baby carrots.... forgot the yogurt though. It's okay I like them by themselves or with a little of FF salad dressing which I do have. Went for a nice long walk as well..... remind me next time to wear tennis shoes LOL. My dog loved it tons of dogs to stop and listen to bark hehe

T, future babies! It's my dh that has me thinking about it again. I had it blocked from my mind for a while. It's still hard though when I'm fighting the depression of having to wait this long. I just have to think of short term goals so I don't lose heart again. |

Bad BAD me had Mcdonalds for lunch. I know i know and it was a big mac and fries too:( I've been wanting a big mac forever...I didn't finish my meal though I should get credit for that. When I felt I was getting to that full feeling I stopped .....didn't just finish like I normally would after thinking about the driving all the way up there and buying the meal. Going to set out for that nice long walk here in a little bit.
Wow A thats nice. I had DD in swimming lessons 2 summers ago they were in a nice big indoor pool. Only bad thing is this is florida and when it's hot outside that indoor pool was steaming. My first mini goal is 232 ...11 1/2 pounds to go! I promised myself i would make an appt with my IF doctor once I hit that goal(it's going to be pricey too so got to save money as well)...I will make the second goal as soon as i know how long it will take to get into see him. HELP LADIES I GOTTA HIT THAT GOAL!!!! |
