Well, I'm back and a little down. I gained 1.6 at WI today. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. I'm not gonna let it upset me though...but my sails are a little deflated. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out why and here's what I came up with: started back with my strength training after not having done it for over a month (b/c of knee issues); looked thru my food journals and noticed I ate more fruits than veggies so maybe the added sugar did it. I did eat out more than usual this week but I caounted every bite and had the points for everything. My ankles were a little swollen last night too so I thought I might be up a little.
On the flip side, I did change my stats on here instead of ignoring the gain.
ROCKER: You've been doing an AWESOME job and do NOT get discouraged. I'm sure it has to do with going back to the gym or water retention or something. So keep on working hard like you have been. I'm going to be right there with you beginning Monday with writing things down, counting EVERY point, etc. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! Don't let this get you down.

Thanks everyone...I appreciate it! It's just that I was going along so well then this. BUT, I'll keep strong and keep movin on....afterall, I have to look half way decent for my man when he comes to town on tour! LMAO!

This stupid work thing has me really pizzed off right now. Something that was supposed to get done today isn't getting done. My programmer just called to tell me he didn't figure it out but he has to leave. Grrr. So it'll still be here Monday morning, which isn't how I like to end my week.
