Going to lunch today with the bossman too....don't know what that's all about. He's NEVER asked me the entire time I've worked here. I'm just hoping he's in a good mood so he lets me go!!!! Tomorrow's the last Soul home game and I have to say I'm glad. Don't think we'll be heading down early to tailgate either. I've decided to write a letter to the GM of the Soul about the trip last weekend. Already been to the gym this morning! Got my cardio in so I'm feeling pretty good about it. I did gain 3.6 this week but I'm NOT letting it get me down b/c I had a long talk with a trainer last night about things so I feel like I'm right on track. He said it could be a month or so til I see a loss, and to hang in there b/c it will happen! VIVA: so how was class? SPILL IT WOMAN!!!!! Inquiring minds wanna know! SPILLIE: how are things? :hug: DUTCHIE: hope all is well w/you! TWIDDLE: you better hurry back...things just aren't right around here when you're gone! Morning CHICKIES! Hope you all had a nice evening last night....I did. Already been to the gym this morning http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_8_8.giffor a little cardio workout, went to DD to get coffee for mom & I, home to eat a quick breakfast and shower and was at my other building by 7:55 for my 8am appointment! From there I went to another appt. and now I'm back here.
Gonna be a LONG day today...have to work my regular schedule then back in by 7:30 for our quarterly department meeting with the big-wigs. They said this one could last a good while...BOO! :mad: Dad started building the cabinets yesterday...will finish today then tomorrow we'll start installing them (I'm off tomorrow). Can't wait til this is all done!!! VIVA: please give me the scoop on 7th Heaven...I wasn't able to watch. SPILLIE: how are you today? DUTCHIE: what's new? Ok, gotta run...have a good one! |

Morning CHICKIES! :D Had a great day off yesterday...dad & I got all the cabinets made and put up on the wall....all we need to do now is put the doors on and some other things. I should be able to start moving things in either tonite or tomorrow! YAY! It looks BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Like I said before, I've been taking pix so as soon as we're all done I'll send them!
Went to the gym this morning already...my arse, hips and legs are KILLING ME....which I guess its good b/c I MUST be losing inches b/c my shorts are fitting looser in those areas. So, I guess for now I'll settle for inches lost then go for the pounds lost! Even my mom said this morning she thought I looked thinner...and she wouldn't say that unless she thought it! WOOHOO! I've so enjoyed their visit so far...I miss them so much! They are leaving next weekend sometime. BOO! ROCKER will be very sad then http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_44.gif. Morning CHICKIES!!! :D TGIF-TGIF-TGIF!!!!!!!! I have to work tomorrow...boo hiss. The supervisor I had on had a death in the family. So, b/c of that I'm leaving at noon today!
I lost 5.6 at WI this morning! WOW is all i can say...I got on 2 times just to be sure I read it correctly. I followed the advice of the trainer and got results! I'm a little apprehensive though and really won't feel comfortable about it for another couple weeks in which I'm *hoping* to see some losses! Woke up with a headache this morning so I didn't get to the gym...will go at noon when I get off work. Just a warm up and then strength training for me today. I think after that and after I get cleaned up we're going to see MI3. SPILLIE: how'd it go yesterday? VIVA: how was class...what did you make? DUTCHIE: where are you? Hope things are ok! :hug: TWIDDLE's back on Monday! :carrot: Ok, gotta go clean the ballroom. In case I don't get back on, have a great day and nice weekend! Last night we made cookies in class. We chose Sugar Cookies and Oatmeal Raisin/Walnut/Chocolate Chunk. They turned out good! I'm having a few for breakfast right now, LOL. ROCKER: Congrats on the WI!! That's fab. Sorry to hear you have to work tomorrow...at least you get to leave early today! SPILLIE: Glad you made it to your destination last night. How is everyone doing this fine wonderful Monday morning? Even though it is a rainy Monday and I'm sure you all are not awake yet I just need to say HAPPY MONDAY!!! On a sad note, I have been slowly gaining again and I'm up about 6lbs now from about 2 weeks ago. I'm a little upset about it, but I'm not going to obsess over it because I know I have been eating uncontrollably(sp?) so it's nothing other than me being a piggy and not staying OP. Even though that is going on, I am still in a very good place right now...I got the job in KOP. I'm so excited, I got everything I asked for and the benefits are awesome. I will be starting on June 5th, my birthday, what a gift to me. Nothing more really going on other than I also found another job to work on the weekend just to have spending money and to be able to do what I want when I want. I'm working at another friend of mine's corner grocery store. I'm behind the register. It was actually fun this weekend, it's a busy store so the hours went by quickly but we had fun. Well that's all for now, I hope all had a very good weekend. CHICKIE, I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday with your P's but especially with your mom. VIVA, did you do anything special with your mom? Did you bake her some bread and cookies and when do we get to sample? DUTCHIE, I hope all is well. We haven't heard from you. MISS YOU!!! Anyhoo...had a great day yesterday with the P's, especially w/mom...was the first Mother's day I spent with her in about 12 years! We went out for dinner then did a little shopping then played cards later on. Went to bed at a decent hour then woke up at 3am and have been up ever since! :tired: :tired: :tired: Mom got awake to so we talked for 2 hours til it was time for me to go to the gym. Like I mentioned above...ROCKER WENT TO THE GYM THIS MORNING! Worked it good doing cardio too. So now after work I can go straight home--YAY! SPILLIE: how was your M-day meal? VIVA: what did ya do over the weekend? DUTCHIE: hope things are ok!!! TWIDDLE: :carrot: YAY TWIDDLE'S BACK!!!! :carrot: Hope you had a nice vacation!
