Good morning chicklets!
ROCKER - You are too nice! Good grief! If you always take care of this crap, no one else will learn to do it for themselves. Esp with the trash. Have fun at work today...sounds like a busy one. Not much going on here. Ran last night, running again tonight with DH. Had WI this morning, down 1/2 pound. Not as much as I had hoped, but I'll keep plugging along. This weekend is going to be bad, so I'm hoping I can counterbalance with some exercise. Pizza/game night at friends' on Saturday. Baseball game on Sunday. Cookout at my brother's on Monday. Lots of drinking involved, I'm sure. Oh! Speaking of drinking...I ordered these sugar-free mixers from Baja Bob's online. Margarita mix, martini mix. I haven't tried them yet, but they're all zero calories, so the only points are for the alcohol. I'm really intrigued to see how good/bad they are. I'll let you know if they're worth getting, if you're into that type of thing (they also had Pina Colada and Mai Tai mixes, which I didn't get...yet). Alright, that's about it for me for now. Boss just emails...help will arrive AFTER lunch. Guess who's NOT helping to clean this afternoon? HAH. He's all like WOW, that's a lot that needs done. WTF...does he think I have a magic wand? Glad I listed everything that needs done. Even more glad I held out in NOT lifting a finger!

Morning CHICKIES! TGIF! Turns out I don't have to work on Sunday but the trade off is I need to be around. I can live with that.
Not much new here which is always good. I lost 2.2 this morning at WI so I'm happy with that since I was scale hopping earlier in the week and it showed a 5# gain! That's about it for now so SPILLIE-TWIDDLE-VIVA-DUTCHIE: have a great day! |
Oh yeah...S and I are going on a road trip to see if we can find Giants Stadium tomorrow...gonna see my man and his band there for the last show of the tour. SWEET.

PSS) and for that show ROCKER's gonna TRY and find a semi sex-say outfit, if one will fit. That vs. the usual tank top shorts thing. I'm about half scared but I think I'll give it a whirl. ROCKER's NOT USED TO WAERING OUTFITS LIKE THAT!!!! I got my eye on something but I'd have to order it...definitly something I wouldn't normally wear! I showed it to mom when she was here and she said: GO FOR IT!!!! So I just might.

Woo hoo!! It's Friday! It's a 3-day weekend! It's gorgeous out and will be all weekend!! Life is good! Par-tay!!! Can you tell I woke up on the right side of the bed this morning! I don't know the last time I've been in such a good mood so early in the morning, work day or otherwise! ROCKER - Giants Stadium is soooo easy. Just a straight shot up the NJ Turnpike to that exit, and then there are signs. It is right off of the turnpike, so you really can't miss it! (I was trying to get the exit # from a friend of mine, but he's not responding to his IM right now.) And I was going to volunteer to go shopping with you for something sex-ay, but if you're ordering it, I guess not. Sounds like a good plan though!! I definitely think you should go for it! SPILLIE - Are you doing cartwheels yet? Woo hoo!!! VIVA and DUTCHIE - Good morning to you guys! Hope all is well. Talk to y'all later. |

Two more days...:carrot: Not that I'm doing anything anyway. :D I was in NY yesterday at the Dominican Consul getting the letter I needed done so that K can get back on the airplane to come home. You would think that him having a passport would be enough, oh no, you have to spend another $45.00 to be able to let him travel on top of what the passport cost. Then I have to pay a Flight Attendant $65.00 to be able to get him on the plane and make sure he gets handed over to E since he is not 15 yet. Now mind you, this is the kid that when we travel he is telling me where to go and what to do and how to get our luggage checked in and out and how to get to the plane. Oh well, what you gonna do? It was a nice day for a trip though, so I made it a class trip and also went to Ground Zero so today K has to write reports about the DC and GZ. That way he didn't lose a day of school. OMG, I thought I had sent this about two hours ago. OH WELL, HAVE A GREAT DAY!! |

WARNING: ROCKER IS CRANKY THIS MORNING! :mad: The ac went in my car. The outlet in my apartment where my ac is plugged into, no longer gets any juice. ROCKER is mad. ROCKER is tired. Been up since 2am b.c it was so hot. FLUCK. Ac worked all day yesterday. turned it off when I went to bed b/c it was nice and cool. Woke up SWEATING. Checked all the breakers and none were tripped.
Morning CHICKIES...had a great weekend up until last night. SIGH. Road trip on Sat was a BLAST...we left at 9:30am and didn't get home til 7:15pm! WE found Giants--no problem. After that we just decided to drive around to see what we could find...ended up in Toms River, LBI and God knows where else. Stopped at a roadside stand and got some YUMMY Jersey tomatoes!!! ROCKER LOVES TOMATO SANDWICHES!!! Had dinner at Long Horn Steak House...I was good and got grilled chicken and a BP!! That pretty much was the highlight of it all...had fun and that's what counts. That's about it so I guess I better go. SPILLIE-VIVA-TWIDDLE-DUTCHIE: have a great day! |
