I was kickboxing yesterday and actually did 200 sit ups and 85 push ups!

And I did the splits!

Default Days 1 & 2 down...

and working on 3 of staying OP. Keeping my fingers that I make it through a week this time. And then go from there. Doing good so far but need to get more veggies and fruits in my diet.

Marti~CONGRAT'S on making the 21 days! WOOHOO!!!

TJ~doing good with the water challenge. Keep up the good work.

Scuzin~sending some good vibes for ya this week. : This is also take 2 for me and I will keep on till I get it down.

RK~I think you and Marti were neck in neck with the challenge so possibly a congrat's to you also.

Jen~good job! Wow, I am impressed-200 sit-ups and 85 push-ups! Yikes, I feel the pain. Can't remember the last time I did a sit-up or a push-up. Well, actually the last time I did a push-up was in High School.

Day 3. Well i think at least. It is very very hard to judge if you had a good eating day when you aren't following something with points or what-not. I had a thing of Junior mints last night. But I ate very sensibly for everything else so I think I'm ok. They were a present anyway :P

WTG 2fusterated!!!!! I could never even attempt the splits...I am hopelessly unflexable.

Hello ladies!!

I have decided to keep doing the exercise challenge. And to top that I will join the challenge thing over on the exercise thread we have here...kind of keep me on track of things. But that won't start until Monday so I'm going to wait until Monday to start this challenge too......

How is everyone doing today????

You are all doing so well! Well, I limped across the finish line - but I DID finish! Yay! Congrats Marti - for finishing also... and starting again so quickly

I'm going to take a little break. We are going camping, leaving on Saturday, and will be gone for a week. So I will be back after that.

Scuzin~doing good, keep up the good work.

As for me, well...I haven't been keeping track of anything. I mean I haven't gone crazy eating bad, just haven't been counting points and keeping track of anything. I know I haven't gone overboard because I weighed on Wed. to see how I was doing and it showed a loss so I have been doing okay with the eating. But since I haven't been keeping track of anything I can't honestly say I have been OP-does that make sense? So, starting over on Monday with this challenge of staying OP and getting back to keeping track of points and such and then on the other thread an exercise challenge. So that's how it is going with me.

I'm not sure if 21 days of OP in a ROW are quite possible for me. I might have to come up with a different challenge.

Hi Scuzin!!

Wanted to let you know that we have started another challenge "the exercise/motivation" challenge and that is where we're at. I plan on doing that and this hand in hand but I haven't been consistant with my days yet so I can't actually start. But I will try soon! So don't think we've just left.

RosieKate is on vacation for this week so she'll be gone.

check out the other thread and see what you think.....maybe even join in over there too.
