I was kickboxing yesterday and actually did 200 sit ups and 85 push ups!
And I did the splits!


that I make it through a week this time. And then go from there. Doing good so far but need to get more veggies and fruits in my diet. 
: This is also take 2 for me and I will keep on till I get it down. 
Well, actually the last time I did a push-up was in High School.
