How cool that you are keeping up your mileage...I may impliment something like that when I do my walking videos...good idea. Maybe I'll rack up enough miles to make it to McDonalds. Really tired this afternoon did'nt sleep last night and did a 5hr shift on my feet this morning but I want to do some exercise trying to summon up the strength to go for a nice bike ride in the sunshine
